Amazing shop i can not express enough thanks to the staff that work here i visited just after christmas to collect an order and to have a look around i am a wheelchair user they treated me with so much respect nothing was too much trouble they helped me by taking my order to a dressing room and getting down any items i wanted to try on. Once i was finished they told me to leave anything didnt want in the dressing room they would sort it out for me and got rid of packaging from my order. At the till they talked to me asked questions directly to me not to my husband who was with me unfortunately directing everything to who is with me is what happens in 95% of shops i visit. They treated me like a person and saw me not my wheelchair and made me feel at ease which so rearly happens. For this i am emensley greatful and would recommend this store to anyone. I would also like to let area managers and higher know that these staff are amazing & would advise that all shops educate staff on how to interact with disabled customers using how the staff at birchwood treat disabled customers as the template. I would like to let the shop staff know that they made one customer extreamly happy & greatful for there kindness kindness
