I dealt with 'Sam' who I had previously spoke with on the phone. He offered a really great service and clearly knew all there was to know about Levi Jeans including how they would look after a few washes. I felt that the Levi's staff especially Sam and Michaela (who was equally as helpthe previous day) provided a first class service and stopped me purchasing Levis online. I would like to thank all the staff in Levi Watford for a first class service
