B. M.Went to Hire a suit and was really impressed with the service I received. Was looked after by Naznin who was very professional and had great attention to detail. Was measured up and had all my requirements taken all within 20minutes, would highly recommend!

Naz, very knowledgeable and attentive to my requirements had made shopping seemless. Very impressed with all the staff at the store as they were clearly busy and had maintained excellent service levels at a peak time in there trading day. Will definitely be going back on service alone, when in need of a suit.
s. j.Great service from Naz after I turned up in need of a last minute tuxedo hire, I was seen without an appointment on a busy Saturday and squeezed into her busy day. Naz was able to provide me with great advice on what to wear and measured me for a perfect fit, after collecting the suit everything fit perfectly and the excellent service continued! Couldn't of asked for better service.

With the help from an amazing staff member YANIS, I found the perfect suit, it was the colour I was looking for with the perfect fit. Yanis went above and beyond to find the right size and product. I would highly recommend you visit the store but specifically ask for YANIS. He is very friendly and even gave me 15% off my bill. Great Service!!!

We looked at suits that were on display however we couldnt pick one we liked, we then was served by Samir who showed us sample cloths on tailor me range and we found the perfect colour. Incredibly knowledgeable and making sure what you want, you get. I was being fitted for a wedding suit using the bespoke custom option, and he made sure every detail you choose on the website is actually the right one for you. An absolute testimony to what good customer service is, and Moss Bros HQ should recognise and be very proud to have him on their team. I knew the suit I wanted but the size wasn’t available and I wasn’t keen on the fit. He offered advice, arranged delivery and sorted out tailoring, and did the exact same for my Partner. Excellent service, ensuring we leave with exactly what we were looking for. He even continued to look after us after the shop had officially closed. P. S.Not a bad high street shop for a suit. Some better sales are often online, but it's always good for a wedding in a pinch. They have a wider selection of styles than somewhere like TM Lewin but I'd argue the shirts of the latter are better quality. That's not to say they aren't excellent, either way.
