S.Had the most positive experience in this store yesterday. Trying to wear more colour and less 'camourflage' and wasn't feeling so confident. Tried on lots of items and was making slow progress. Was helped by a very professional, positive, kind assistant called Yaris who was simultaneously able to understand what I needed, offer alternative outfits which I would not have reached for myself and also helped with styling. Felt very well looked after, made some great purchases and felt that I had been given a fantastic 'personal shopper' experience. Thanks Yaris, and Phase Eight Watford - see you again soon 🌟

First time shopper to this branch. The Cuban lady who served me was delightful, friendly, and great at what she does.
I'd only been to St Albans branch. Same again and they aided me so well to find things for a last minute dash!

R. M.Beautiful dresses, only shop here, when I have money left over after the bills have been paid. To be honest, I have to save up if I have my eyes on something special. You can often get some decent pieces to add to your clothes collection. But you should always remember to clean out your wardrobe so you will have room to put the new collections.
