R. P.Staff are lovely in this branch. I was fed up with not finding a coat that fitted me in the whole shopping centre and when I got to Quiz, I was already so frustrated. I said "where are the mirrors in this bloody shop". The assistant heard me and politely showed me where. I was embarrassed with myself! But I found a coat and walked out happy.
