Terrific experience. Really helpful staff - knowledgeable and funny - my new style gurus! Great range of everything we needed to kit out my son and I for my daughter’s wedding. I came out with a “look” which I had not anticipated when I went in, and am all the happier for that. I unhesitatingly recommend this wonderful shop.

So, first off I must confess to being what retailers would class as a nightmare customer. Saturday morning, unannounced, myself and my best man turn up to be suited for my wedding. Biggest issue: we needed them that day and couldn't come back as both lived far away. The staff were fantastic! Patient with us, helpful and gave great advice and we left we two suits and a big weight off my mind. Would recommend it to anyone in need of a suit, to rent or to buy

Would definitely recommend and even though I live 45 minutes away, it will probably be the main store from where I would buy further suits. Friendly but attentive service in a nice setting. No question too silly, a lot better than going to somewhere chain-y on the high street.

Fantastic service hiring a suit! I'm 6ft 5 with very long arms. I'd tried other shops in town with no luck. Armstrong had the best range of product they didn't get interrupted by other calls or customers while fitting me (like other tailors in Worcester) Found a perfect fitting suit for my unusual body type. Highly recommend coming here!

Armstrongs of Worcester saved my wedding day!! Another suit hire company in Worcester who shall remain nameless decided that 2 days before my wedding they would get my entire wedding order sizes wrong and they couldnt get anything to me until the Saturday (i got married at noon on the Saturday) After a quick run from one side of Worcester city centre to Sansome i was shown what blue suits they had and it was perfect. Me and my wedding party (7 in total) were booked in for a suit fitting at 10:30 on the Friday (1 day before my wedding now), everything was dome very professionally and by Midday we were done. Armstrongs of Worcester got an extra staff member in to make the adjustments to the suits and also the boss got in his car and drove to Telford and back with some Jackets they didnt have in particular sizes we required. At 3:30pm the same day i recieved a phonevall saying the suits were ready to be collected and everything that needed adjusting was done. Armstrongs managed to do everyhing i needed and correctly in 6 hours while the other suit hire place had a year and a half and couldnt even offer to help me in anyway So thank you again soo much to Armstrongs of Worcester, your customer service and just willingness to take the problem on and smash it out the park is just amazing 11/10

The staff understand the meaning of first class customer focused service, something which has been built on a long standing tradition and I have always left with exactly what I want. The wide range of clothing moves with the times and stays modern, however Armstrongs of Worcester cater for the traditional men's outfits as well - an excellent service all round!
