The customer service is second to none. Love the personal note touch with the order. Helpful. The quality of the product is better than I expected & just so soft, felt like a cat :). I had bespoke designs for both & the extra cost was worth it. I love the charity & ethical aspect of the company too. I adore the fact that you can choose sentimental/personal co-ordinates. Purchased a hoodie and was so happy with the quality! It was so soft and even better, the materials are ethically and sustainably sourced. Love the simple design which is actually really effective and a lovely idea. Such great customer service too, with really fast replies. I was so pleased, I purchased another item as a gift for a friend. Will happily be purchasing more items again in the future.

The service was fantastic from start to finish. The size hoodie i needed was not in stock and i needed it for a specific date as it was a gift. They went above and beyond with their service -they ensured i got the sized hoodie i wanted and got it delivered to me in time. Packaging was great and the hoodie was also really good quality. Friendly and cooperative throughout. I would highly recommend them to anyone !
