Tend to buy online so I noticed no plus size dept in store, teen and regular sizing only. Hence 1 star down! Still a good range of clothes, bags n jewelry tho!

Had a great shopping experience today, the store is very clean with sanitizer around the store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Both my daughter and myself bought clothes today. New look are true sizes and great quality clothes and earrings too. We left very happy and will use the store again as we were buying online through the last year.

Large store but usually void of people. I am a middle aged man but felt out of place in this store. I understand there target clientele is geared towards the younger generation but surely not at the expense of alienating other customers?

Its new look. A good sized store with clothes that keeps with todays fashion. It has a large shoe selection and a good sale area that seems to be priced down well. Staff are nice and friendly.

Bit messy.... I usually just passing new look as it's not my taste and u think its bit expensive considering the quality. This place is easy to access and for a younger generation there is a good variety.
