J. B.Managed to get big knickers for a rather large, elderly lady. Better still, accidently left my phone there. When I rang them. Dealt with it very professionally. Reunited with my phone. Very happy. Friend also very happy with the knickers.

Z. X.Nice selection of clothes to browse over. Had to get something formal for my promotion at work and originally thought marks and Spencers.. Not when the shirt price got me the full outfit here. Friendly staff and apology given as staff member forgot to remove a security tag that went off.
Unisex changing rooms unmanned a little bit of a odd moment as everyone seemed unsure if it was for male or female so all customers just got changed together which is different
