Went today got many many items amazing, one issue is that the prices have raised a tad but thats expected. Another issue that I had was that the hand rails had some unidentified dirt, which I really hope was dirt. On the bright side staff were friendly. I would recommend going to the upstairs checkouts as downstairs is very busy.

Excellent value shopping for the more frugal gentleman, such as myself. The lady in the queue behind me was buying 10 pairs of pants for her husband. I know this because she told me so after she dropped a pair and I picked them up for her. As an update I visited again today on 30 October 2022, the tills upstairs were closed and the queue at the downstairs tills was excessively long, a good 15 minute queue I'd say. The youngest cashier was undoubtedly the quickest server as she was doing at least double the amount of customers the grown ups were.

It's a Primark, so comes with the usual guarantees: heating turned up uncomfortably high and the weird, horribly-uncomfortable-to-hold shopping baskets. Having to carry one of those horrors around as your better half circumnavigates the shop multiple times in a completely random fashion ensures you'll have a miserable time. But at least it's predictable misery, and you can't really complain at a half decent pair of chinos for 12 quid and a few more t shirts to add to the collection for just a couple of quid a pop.

Primark have upped their game recently. If you care about the environment you're probably aware that the fashion industry has been a major contributor to climate change. A lot of their products now seem more ecologically sourced (sustainable cotton, recycled fabric etc) so kudos to them for at least trying. The shop itself is very neat and seemed well stocked. The staff were particularly friendly.

Would just like to say a huge thank you to the staff involved last week on Tuesday! My 4 month old baby boy was having a break down at the till due to having a poop and being over tired! The staff let me use their staff toilet at the back of the warehouse so I could change his nappy. They were so polite, understanding and helpful, really meant a lot. You went out of your way and helped not only him but a stressed mummy too! Thank you!

Working in the Marble Arch flagship store was exciting as something unusual or fun would happen everyday and there are so many members of staff constantly joining that you meet someone new everyday. The customers are challenging to cope with a lot of the time and you develop thick skin working there. Making friends with staff and having a laugh is definitely what I will remember about working here. The managers and the whole hierarchy is frustrating at times as the self importance some of the managers and supervisors have is laughable but manageable when considering the down to earth retail assistants working there alongside me. The pay was great and actually increased whilst I was working there which was great. Hours range but I worked from 4pm-8pm on weekdays and I was very satisfied, also being able to live my own life. Overall, I enjoyed working at Primark and if I needed a part-time job again for a while, I would definitely return and recommend to others. Primark always offers outstanding value and this recently refurbished store offers an excellent selection of women's wear. Unfortunately the same can't be said of the men's or children's wear which offers a much smaller range than other similarly sized stores and feels cramped in comparison. Good for bargain hunters.

Primary is a one stop shop for clothing for the entire family, and on a budget. I recently went into the wrexham branch and spent little under a hundred on each of the kids and managed to buy them complete wardrobes! Nowhere else can you do that! Quality and savings, they’ve got you covered.

Access wise great. There's a lift, an elevator and stairs to reach the first floor to kids and Gents section. Que to the till is one way and tight. You cant turn back if you forget something.

I would say the store in Wrexham is the nicest Primark. It's always tidy never any clothing on the floor like some of the other stores and the false lash effect mascara is the best I've ever used, and I only used a very expensive brand until I left it at home on a overnighter to Birmingham. £2.00!! Primarni is the real name. The masters of fast fashion. A wide choice mainly for a younger shopper but i got a nice tunic dress and jumper for the spring. Win win
