R. E.Karen and Andrew are an absolute asset to the company. Both very welcoming and chatty. I went into the store looking for a new blazer but unfortunately didn't have my size in. Rather than dismissing me, they both took their time and efforts looking for an alternative for me. They really made me feel valuable as a customer and i could of honestly spoke to them for hours. This is what good customer service is all about, so well done guys, I'll definitely be back :)
