Fantastic customer service from Jo at Coney street last week. She went out of her way to find me a Grace dress that I had been searching for a long time for . She had it delivered to my house and I love it .A beautiful dress .I did manage to get another one too , again with her fantastic help. Thank you again Jo, very much . Rang the store tonight, in hope to get a flower girl dress, the girl on the phone was so helpful checked the system it said they didn't have any. She then went to check the stock on the shop floor to find one for me. She put it behind the till for me so I could collect.
