Rocked up to Moss Bros, got greeted by Lauren told her the background story and told her not leaving the building without a suit! Got drawn to the Hugo Boss section tried it on fell in love! The Boss man Amrou was great too chucking in a suit bag because I had the cheek to ask! Highly recommend to all nothing to much and patient with me aswell

First time I've bought suits for my sons, great service, just a little slow in processing bill etc. And paid full price for a shirt I was told we could have for £10 as it was supposed to be a sale shirt.

Fantastic service from the moment we stepped into the store. We went in to purchase a new outfit for my Husband as he had a job interview the following week. An assistant named Samuel came over to offer assistance and stayed with us throughout our time in the store. He helped with sizing and was very knowledgeable on fit and what he thought would suit my Husband. He is an absolute credit to your company, a brilliant mix of polite, friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning to the store.

We have been looking for a suit for my daughter's wedding and in every other shop we visited the first statement was "I don't think we have anything in your size". At Moss Bross it was the exact opposite. There was absolutely nothing that they could not do to ensure I had the suit I wanted and needed. The staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. We left the shop very happy and looking forward to picking up the suit that I was looking for when we arrived at the shop in a few weeks time.

We visited on 14/10/2021 and Arthur was absolutely fantastic. We almost certainly would not have made the purchase without him helping with the correct size, different designs, and going the extra mile to check stock supplies. Really incredibly service and an absolute credit to you as a company.

I would like to thank Moss Bros outlet at York Designer Centre in particular Martin and Molly. I am an odd size and not an easy solution for a suit fitting, but Molly did her very best to accommodate me and Martin was totally on the ball effectively sourcing the trousers from their store, the jacket from Teeside and the waistcoat from the warehouse via overnight despatch. Their professionalism and courtesy was exemplary and I am very grateful for their help

This place reminded me of Top Man. Staff who think there's anything more important than the next customer, and have an air of arrogance for the fact that someone interuptted their day. Once in the flow, they can be quite pleasant. But everyone who's first interaction with staff I experienced, lead to a hostility as the first reaction. Hold your opinion for the first 10 minutes, and hit reset, it does get better

I popped in today to find my size in a particular suit for a wedding. I was a bit anxious walking into a fancy suit store in my work gear looking scruffy, and I also felt a bit awkward knowing I was going to leave without buying anything in store as the groom was sorting it out online for me, but anyway, HOW WRONG WAS I!!! The most amazing customer service and so efficient! The lady sized me up, found the suit I needed, helped me try on a few options and within 5 minutes I was out of there feeling like a champ. Maybe it's because of covid they want customers in and out quick sticks but that's fine with me. It was great service nevertheless. Oh, and the suit is perfect. It's not the first suit I've bought at this store and it won't be the last! Albeit in a few years!

We just bought the suits for our wedding from York designer outlet. The people who left bad reviews didn't see Dave. Ask for Dave, wait if he's not available, and when he's serving you prepare to be jealous that you are not as good at your job as he is at his. Dave, never leave this profession, my goodness....
