G.I bought a Christy’s of London hat from this shop today, the owner of the shop was so worried that he had given me the wrong size he looked for us for an hour round York to make sure he had given me the correct size as he thought I might have picked up the wrong one. It turned out that I hadn’t but for him to spend all that time looking for us in a busy town was magnificent customer service. Can’t speak highly enough of the gentleman. Will definitely be back.

I'm based in Kent, & so I remembered their kindness and emailed an image of the dress I was going to wear to a wedding. To my surprise and delight the staff went to the store (Reiss) to see the dress in person. They chose several hats to match my outfit & sent photos and prices. They worked quickly and their commutation was friendly & very helpful. The team went over and above to find me the finishing accessory to my outfit, & I couldn't be happier.
