Thank you for a lovely healthy breakfast this morning. Served very efficiently. Perfect poached eggs. Lovely smooth hot coffee. Friendly and professional service. Used to come here when I worked at Lindsay House across the road. It was then an oasis in the day. Still the same. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Customer focused. I'll be back.

Exactly what you want and expect from a local Scottish cafe. Filled with local people, workmen and families, it’s got a great buzz about the place. Haggis, lorne and black pudding on fresh rolls. The perfect fried breakfast to sit in or a quick roll before you start the day. If it’s a quiet cup of tea with a great view this isn’t the place for you but for a hearty breakfast in a local place it really is brilliant.

I didn’t know about this cafe until I was in a few weeks back, and everything about this place was amazing… the staff were lovely and welcoming, the food was amazing and very well priced (especially for the big portions). I highly recommend, and I will definitely be back☺️

Their standards haven't slipped since last year & as u can see their £6 breakfast was all editable & a picture of beauty BUT i recommended to the young waitress that it would be a good idea to have cork place mats for the small teapot & hot water to sit them on & that would reduce heat dissipation.

Just been for a lovely afternoon tea. Really enjoyed and fit to burst! Sandwiches were delicious so were the scones. Couldn't manage the cakes so staff gave me a doggy bag to take home. Good value for money. 27/11/20 My husband and I were dropping off my car at a local Bathgate garage and decided to pop into your cafe as I had been before. We ordered and sat outside as not a lot of room in the take away bit. When I went in for my order I asked if we would just eat outside at tables. The member of staff replied ' you do know we are in tier 4 and where was I from' which I duly responded to as from West Lothian ourselves. I felt her manner was most off putting and wondered if she would have treated her other customers the same way. Was it purely because I had my motorcycle gear on !! I will say however that our carry out was good .

First time I’d been here and the staff were really lovely as was the service. The food was really top notch and extremely good value and the menu was extensive with something for everyone A real gem and I will certainly be back!

My experience of bridge cafe was second to none, top service & the food was cooked fresh. Didnt have any problems in the sitting area wasn't load or quiet, nice and pleasant for dieing in, would recommend for lunch and breakfasts the cakes are the best in Scotland for sure 😊. Value for money!!!!

Nice little family cafe, went on a cold Saturday morning for breakfast and it was surprisingly lively and busy. I was served by two ladies who looked like sisters, they were attentive and catered for specific tastes and dislikes, even a member of weekday staff was in there having brekky with her children so I knew it was going to be good and it was. Recommended if you are in the area and find yourself peckish.

We normally come for breakfast a love big fresh fry-up. Today we came for lunch. It was full...that much we had to return 30 minutes later. We returned got a table for two...and i had macaronie with chips. My wife had coronation chicken panini. We both enjoyed our meal. And will be returning.

Payed a visit to this little gem in Bathgate today. Warm welcome and no trouble accommodating a table for 7 last minute. Brilliant lunch menu and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 afternoon teas for 2, breakfast and kids macaronis with drinks. Amazing portions and superb value for money. Cheaper than many other places for 3 adults, 2 pre/teens and a 9 and 2 year old but so much charm and appeal. Offered highchair or booster for our toddler and despite the cafes small cosy room we all had plenty of space. If you like a friendly, cosy, quiet and clean place for a bite to eat or drink this is the place for you. Thanks for a lovely afternoon Bridge cafe we will be back.
