J. K.Three staff but only one was serving. One was cleaning and one was standing about doing nothing. I was the only takeaway customer and there was one sit-in customer who seemed to be getting ignored because she came up to the counter to get served and the assistant told her to get back to her seat and that she'd be served soon. I think the assistant was probably stressed but it came out sounding quite rude. The bagette I got looked horrible. I can't really explain why but it just looked sloppy and messy if that makes sense. But I got it for my husband and he said it tasted good 👍 so a lower mark for customer service and presentation but a higher mark for taste. Don't know if it has changed management or something but it really isn't as organised or welcoming as it used to be.

The size is decent and good quality nice and fresh tasting, I'm a fussy eater and they cover all the fine detail. Thanks guys will defo be back and thank you to Caroline for making us welcome and meet our requirements!!!
