Great spot for a coffee & cake; or an ice cream. In Ampthill Park. Delightful child and dog friendly park with tennis, a big playground, table tennis & charming walks.

Ampthill great park is a wonderful place to visit an unwind. The Hub is located right at the front entrance, next to a large children's play area and good quality tennis courts. Food is as you would expect of a modern coffee shop: paninis, sandwiches, cakes,cookies etc. Lovely seating outside only at this time.

The park is really nice. The Coffee Lodge is convenient but sells very average coffee. Make sure you order a large as a regular is very small in comparison to coffee chains. Friendly service.

Ordered two cappuccinos and burnt our tongues as the milk was so hot! Very poor steaming of the milk as there was literally no foam. Espresso extraction was on the bitter side too. Staff were nice and seating area clean.

Superb place to walk the dog. The coffee lodge great coffee and yummy cakes

Great place for a coffee and bacon roll before you walk around the park. It would have been even better if they had a covered area to sit down but still a nice way to start.

Outstanding food and drink available here. Pricey but quality matches it. Kids portions are pretty big though, so a bit of wastage, maybe look to cut them down and then the price can come down. Only downside is there is no indoor area to eat so now the weather isn’t so good, cant enjoy the food so much!

Nice place to have an outdoor coffee or other beverage. It would be even better if there was a source of heat under the small covered space at the side - for those chillier days! Very welcome though.

Fairly good coffee, typical grub you'd expect. Nothing to rush there for, but better than a kick in the teeth. Only a small number of toilets which can get pretty 'fun' in Summer. However a good option for a quick pitstop whilst exploring the park at the weekend. Unless it's match day for any of the sports nearby (footy, rugby, cricket)... then good look getting parked!

Great quality food used in the rolls e.g. the bacon, sausages and baguette are excellent. Watch the prices though, they seem to change with the wind direction!
