N. L.Best vegan ice cream in Belfast and maybe even the cosmos. Only complaint is I want more, my desire for the dairy free dream cream is insatiable.
C. C.Great ice cream. Friendly service. Nice have to have some (really tasty) vegan options as well for those who are lactose intolerant or cutting down on animal produce. Haven't seen that anywhere else yet. The vegan Oreo is a favourite of mine.

It is so hard to find ice cream places which offer this option! I have chosen here before any other well known ice cream places, it is now my new favourite! Staff are so nice and accommodating as well to all the requirements. Couldn't recommend this place any more :)

M. C.A year I didnt go to Al Gelato...a year! I missed it so much! Got some today and it tasted as if I didn't go a day without it! It is my favourite ice cream place hands down! I am lactose intolerant and now there's more options than ever! My favourites definitely still being the sorbets!! The staff is always so so lovely and it's a pleasure going in. Considering covid, the store feels very safe and staff are wearing masks and not allowing more than 2 people in at a time. Can't wait to go back, definitely won't go another year without it 🤤🤤

t.An excellent addition to Ballyhackamore. Two scoop cone of salted caramel and white chocolate / cinnamon, both excellent choices. Place always seems busy, friendly staff keep the queue moving quickly, great buzz about the place and I'll return to try more flavours. Sundaes and milkshakes sound amazing too. Second visit here, many different flavours, and the two I had were excellent. Good to see they change it up. Two things remained, was busy and staff friendly again.
A. C.Great ice cream! Hard to beat! Disappointing it's not open earlier during the week. Most people's lunch breaks will be 12 - 2 but it's not open until 2.

S. S.Quality of the gelato is very good; very smooth and creamy. The add-ins in the flavours could be a bit more generous as with the few I’ve tried, I might as well have ordered plain vanilla. Main complaint is accuracy when ordering online. We’ve ordered on 3 separate occasions and every time at least one of our flavours has not been what we ordered. Considering the £16 or so price tag, and seeing as it has happened every time, this isn’t a small mistake to overlook. Also, need to provide structured packaging for cones if going to offer for delivery - each time they’ve been completely crushed.
