B. B.Found out about this place randomly when I saw their beans being sold in a clothes/coffee store in Dublin. Fantastic choice of beans. I usually buy 1 kg coffee at a time and the best thing about the buying experience is that they suggest combinations of bags to purchase so you can try multiple different beans and the price doesn’t waver much of any from buying 1kg of a single origin or house blend. Delivery prices are very reasonable and are the icing on the cake of the online experience. And the best part....the coffee I’ve received has always been roasted within a week - 10 days of purchase and tastes fantastic.

B.I bought a microlot Kenyan from these guys a few weeks ago. All I can say is that I'm annoyed at myself that I didn't buy more than 250g. IT'S SOOOO TASTY!!! Their packaging is absolutely beautiful as well.

P. P.I attended the One Day Barista Foundation Course with Bailies’s Coffee Trainer, Caroline. I cannot recommend this short programme highly enough! Caroline led her students through a sharply presented PowerPoint interspersed with lots of practical activities. She ensured we all had the chance to operate professional machines, carefully guiding us through each stage of the process ensuring everyone acquired real hands on skills to include Latte Art. Lively discussion with lots of opportunities to ask questions and one to one focus when required. Lovely lunch, not to mention the chance to savour some excellent Bailie’s coffee! Goody bag on completion. Thank you, Caroline, for your warmth, humour and patience. Worth every penny!
