N. G.The cafe is a bit far from the city centre so mostly you see the local crowd at the Los place. It also serves the ice-cream for your dogs so quite handy if you're to drive down their with your pet(s).
You also get to see families visiting the place so good place to bring young kids with you.
I've had the Belgian waffle with ice-cream and felt that the taste is more or less would have to be acquired.
The service albeit very polite and friendly was a bit time consuming when we visited it so you might wanna factor that in if you're in haste.
Worth visiting if you're into ice-cream waffles.
F. C.Brilliant shakes! Bit pricey at £4 each but very rich and tasty. Massive deflection to choose from. The staff are always warm and welcoming. Plenty of booth seats available as well as outdoor seating if the weather permits.

L. T.I spent the evening driving around Belfast trying to find somewhere that would serve ice-cream, and luckily, last night around 22:15, Barnams in the Lisburn Road appeared opened. As I approached, I thought “they must be late closing tonight”. A man in the shop greeted me and despite usually closing at 22:00, he was happy to serve me. He was a very friendly man and spoke pleasantly. He told me that he had let the younger staff members get home, and was in no rush to get home so he was happy to serve late customers as he would only be watching Netflix anyway! He was a lovely man and the icecream was beautiful! My OH enjoyed the surprise too - so a big thank you for your good customer service, it made my night 😊

The breakfast has always been great, at a very reasonable price, and served with a smile and a chat. The cake tastes as good as it looks. Highly recommended for treats or breakfast. Yum!

Since the last time I was here they have refurbished and it looks cosy and welcoming. I would definitely come back as there is always space and the staff are very friendly . R. M.After an unfortunate event at cookie box down the down the road, which closed 10 minutes earlier than advertised, things were looking bleak. We somberly wandered down the lisburn road, devoid of any hope, staring into the darkness. Just as it seemed all hope was gone, the vibrant lights of barnams saved us. Top quality milkshakes served alongside a friendly atmosphere. In fact they even kept the business open until we left, 10 minutes after closing time. 10/10 would recommend.
