S. P.The coffees are great, of course. But tried the Ruby Hot Chocolate, which was a total disappointment. It tasted like a strawberry protein juice. Weird. The sandwiches are comparatively pricey for the quantity. I'm sure the desserts and cakes are better. Overall, it's just okay.

C. T.I visit here on a regular basis to meet up with a good friend to escape life's extremes, the place is always busy with a great mixture of characters. Now for me coffee is not coffee unless it comes out of a glass jar but then who am I,my friend always has one of those fancy things to drink. A good selection of sandwiches and fresh pastries are always available and staff on the whole are quite knowledgeable and friendly, worth a visit if you are in town.

A. D.Nice place would have given it 5 ⭐but they never have oat milk . It's the only alternative milk I can take so puts a damper on the Costa experience. It's clean and quick to make a coffee. The staff are very friendly and the guy making the coffee was very helpful and pleasant to chat to. I would recommend this place but would love it if they had oat milk!!
A. W.I've notice some costas take ur reward card and some don't, I'm a lady of later years and dont do anything other use my phone for calls and messenger. Feel very underestimated
G. W.First time at this Costa branch. No complaints. Cappuccino was served hot (not always a given at some coffee shops) and was rather nice, friendly staff and prices not too steep (looking at you Tim Hortons). Would recommend

R.My daughter and myself were in for a morning coffee, the queue was out the door and the shop was filled with customers who were enjoying there purchases, the staff were busy and I did see one staff member sanitising which made my day. I always go for Costa for my coffee it has that unique taste . I would recommend the coffee and the amazing pastries are to die for.

P. C.We have been there for a quick coffee. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are OK, nothing unusual. We had americano, ice coffee and cake. Coffees are not great but cake was tasty. As weather was warm and sunny we hoped to get a table outside, but they had just 2 and both were occupied. Had to seat in and table was too wobbly and not clean property.
M.Fairly standard Costa cafe, usual nice variety of menu items and drinks & snack options for kids. However this venue would really benefit from some sunshades on the high windows that line the building. The angle the winter & early spring sun hits this place makes it impossible to see your companions unless you sit in a select few seats right at the back of the store. Not a common complaint in rainy n'orn iron 😉 but it was uncomfortable enough to make us move seats!

A. I.Was my first time meeting up with a friend and I enjoyed the view and serenity of the place. Ambience was perfect for a summer Sunday and the music was great.
S. D.I wasn't very familiar with the Costa brand until today. I have to say my visit to the Cityside Costa was a very pleasant one. My cappuccino was spot on: just the right strength, nice and hot, and loads of foam. Might not be how the Italians prefer it but just right for me. Since it was my lunch break, I opted for a cheeky Tuna Melt (£4.75) which was toasted and tasty, just the thing for warming oneself up after getting caught in the torrential rain. Service very good, friendly and efficient. Will be back.
