Friendly looking coffee shop, across from the Titanic museum in Belfast. Reasonable coffee, rapidly served by friendly staff.

Some of the best coffee I’ve had in recent times I got here. The staff are so dead on as well as friendly and chatty.
I got the brownie for a wee treat and it was class. Would recommend 👍😆

Excellent coffee and tray bakes(buns). Nice little cafe at the Belfast Marina, a regular stop off during our Sunday walk.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.

This was our first visit to the Paper Cup and it is a lovely place. The service is great, the place is clean (toilets are spotless) and well decorated. The tables and chairs are well placed although the chairs are a little uncomfortable and could do with a cushion. It is light and airy with an excellent view of the Titanic building and the Nomad (White Star's only surviving vessel). There is a good choice of hot and cold beverages. A good choice of sweet treats and savoury food. There are sweets and treats, crisps, chocolate bars and biscuits. There is something for everyone. A nice place to watch the world go by.

I only spent 2 days in Belfast years ago, but I ate here 3 or 4 times in that span! Delicious baked potatoes and pastries!

Regularly visit this coffee shop whilst out cycling. Delicious coffee and cakes! Staff are always very friendly.

Absolutely fantastic little coffee shop. The staff were very polite and helpful and the coffee and food was superb and very well priced. The view over the Titanic port was picturesque. My wife and I had a late breakfast here. We enjoyed the pancakes with maple syrup along with a latte. Very highly recommended!!
The location was perfect too. It was a 45 second walk to the Titanic experience and right in the middle of the Titanic quarter.

I'm a regular visitor to this amazing little coffee shop. Super friendly staff, and there's always a warm welcome and a great atmosphere, especially when Dorota and Jade are on shift.
Great coffee, excellent service and the try bakes are way too tempting.
Definitely worth a visit when you're in the area.

Vegan review:
Stopped here as we were in the area checking out the Titanic Quarter. There was nothing clearly marked on the menu, however when I asked for vegan options they had vegan butter and alternative milk. I opted for a caramel latte with soya milk, porridge with soya milk, fruit and maple syrup instead of honey plus some toast with vegan butter. It was ok!
My husband (omnivore) had the pulled pork panini and an Americano. He said it was good!
Staff were lovely and helpful and the service was great.

Great coffee shop. I have been in a few times and staff are always pleasant, the coffee good and so is the food.

Loved this place, just around the corner from the premier inn we were staying at!! Lovely selection of home made items with fantastic coffee and a view to match!!

We stopped by on a Saturday morning before going to the Titanic exhibit. It's a quiet, lovely place and I was surprised by the high quality of the food! Definitely worth stopping by if you're early and in need of some breakfast.

Visit this wee place every Sunday. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they do great scones and traybakes etc.. Great wee spot

I was not aware of this lovely little place until this afternoon. Great coffee to take out! Was tempted with the traybakes but it was a glorious afternoon and I would have just ended up with melted chocolate over me not unlike Augustus Gloop, so made a note to myself to get one next time it's not as sunny outside! All measures in place here and it's well worth a wee visit. Can't wait to return.

For me, the Paper Cup is located in my favourite part of Belfast, at Titanic Quarter and is the perfect spot to grab a bite, a coffee and a good view!
I was in this morning and was served by Dorota. The service excellent, very welcoming and the coffee was delicious as always.
Would definitely recommend!

Great coffee, yummy breakfast and lovely staff. Fresh flowers on the table with soft music adding to the ambiance. A wonderful, warm welcome to Belfast!
It's a stone's throw from the titanic museum. With pleasant views across the water.
There is plenty of parking around the waterfront.

We came here for a small snack before the titanic experience and were pleasantly surprised. Grilled bagel and sandwich were both amazing and they seem to have a wide variety of food and drink, the deserts look extremely delicious. I can recommend this place for a snack and a drink!

Food is great. Coffee is great. Traybakes awesome, only difficulty being choosing just one! (getting fatter is another option, totally worth it)
Staff - couldn't ask for better.
If you need any more recommendation, I have been known to smile in the morning despite going to work, because I'm coming here first. Quite the achievement 😉

Great coffee shop a stone's throw from the Titanic exhibition, serving tasty and reasonably priced food. Very friendly and relaxing spot, with a great view of the SS Nomadic and across to the hills. Wpuld definitely recommend.

A small café overlooking the SS Nomadic. Decent food and drinks to eat in and take away. Friendly staff and atmosphere make this place worth a visit if you're doing titanic quarter walk.

Great little 'non franchise' coffee shop on the quay in Belfast. Had a great breakfast - however it was little bit pricey considering there is an honesty cafe round the corner!

(Translated) You can eat salted pies and other snacks on the go, close to the Titanic Museum, without breaking the bank. Certainly the best Millionnaire's Shortbread I have eaten! We came to your house last October, as a family, and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Caroline.

Merci Caroline.
