Got a skinny mocha and a croissant. The service was great but the coffee was not. Haven't had a starbucks in a while and now I remember why. Been nursing a bad stomach ever since. There's far nicer out there.

I mean, the seating area could be more clean and we couldn't get into the toilets because, "Just turn the handle to the left and push, it should open", didn't work and the guys behind the till we're too busy to go back to. But all in all, we had caffeine and they got our daughters allergy stuff bang on. So for Belfast that was a win!

Was in starbucks today, witnessed a staff member (i think his name was Conor) help an elderly man who seemed to be a regular into the store. The man was struggling to walk and conor helped him to his seat while chatting to him and making sure he got to his seat safely. He then took his order and made sure the man was happy with his coffee and the slice of cake he ordered. Someone like Conor deserves to be recognised as a valued member of staff and his customer service went above and beyond. Will definitely be back thanks to his hospitality and customer service. Nice to see in this world when everyone is going through their own struggles.

It's a coffee house, however the branded word Barista is lost here as they have no barista style coffee nor service, with that said it's better than Costa. still pleasant atmosphere, nice seating, not really wheelchair friendly though.

Standard Starbuck coffee shop, plenty of options and popular with the locals as well as travellers.. there's better, cheaper coffee to be had in nearby places like Nero but this is great for those who prefer Starbucks
