J. M. A.Had a lovely coffee . The staff were very pleasant and the time from ordering to receiving the beverage was really fast. As always the venue was very clean and social distancing was possible. Always a go to for a break when shopping in the Boucher Road complex.
T. D.Like all.of the big chain coffee outlets, depending on your taste for coffee bean roast will.determine where you go. Starbucks has a darker roast hence a taste which is slighter more bitter. It appeals to me. Like it a lot. Plus consistent in its taste.

B.Absolutely fantastic customer service, place doesn't open to 7:30am weekdays and I arrived at 7:20 one morning without thinking and the gentleman allowed me to come in early to stay out of the cold before they opened and he also made and brought my coffee to me without hesitation or asking for money. The rolls were not on until half 7 so he had no problem allowing me to pay later. When I tried to pay a lady told me not to worry about it. I actually felt as if the place was too good for me :)
A. L.Store is regularly quite busy, so don't plan to quickly run in for a caffeine pick me up. Average waiting time is at least 5 minutes. Service is good however and drinks are made up accurately and the staff are friendly. Parking is available in the shared parking for the rest of the shops in this area, don't rely on getting parked easily.

C. G.Nice food but coffee had to go back as it was cold and there was no cutlery sitting out. Only provided with 1 plastic fork and had to lean over the counter to get a stirrer for the tea and coffee.
Z.I like a hazelnut latte with an extra shot. The blonde blend isn't nice. They say there's more caffeine in it but it's so bland. It's 'weak' in taste.

Latte, Mocha, Espresso, Frapps especially the coffee-cookies and cream and the strawberries and cream non coffee frapp is delicious. My favourite food at Starbucks is the toasted fruit bread and butter. No matter the time of day if you want delicious coffee or frapps you have to go to Starbucks
R. H.Excellence service in good atmosphere even for a grant like me. And a tea drinker. I am in nearly every day as my husband is in hospital and its a break to get away for a while.

J. M.Very similar in style to all other Starbucks. Big range of drink and snacks to choose from. Only things letting it down is the slow speed of staff members and the lack of allergy free and intolerance free snacks.
P. S.Friendly staff, and the usual starbucks coffee, nice seating area....... Only thing is, this place seems to have a problem with flies, it's 17th of December and I still have to look out for them around our plates, come on management - install a few fly zappers.
