The Hot Chocolate here was gorgeous, I wasn't overly thrilled with the chocolate rice cake but I think the red velvet cake and the brownie went down well. Great customer service and quick too

Nice coffee but you could be waiting a while to get it because they take so many orders at once they end up forgetting

Friendly service but unfortunately the toilets were closed and my friend had to visit the cornmaket shop to use theirs. Hope they’ve got them fixed. Such a palava when all you want is a cuppa and the use of facilities.

I am gluten, dairy and soya free so there is never anything I can eat it cafes , however, Starbucks toasted my own 'free from bagel. Being diabetic I needed to eat so thankful to the young lady who assisted me !

My personal favourite Starbucks simply because most people don't know it exists, and go to the one in Castle Lane nearby instead.
Quite cool, so don't go here to warm up unless you have an extra large coffee to hand. Staff are generally very nice and helpful, especially Charlotte.
Tends to include a fair few students studying at the big tables together.
