Juste 3 stars no more for the drinks, because first the customer service is poor and very confused, you don’t know if you have to take a sit or take the order at the till, anyone is here to tell you something but the both sisters are polite and kind. Yes you have beautiful place but you have to guide your customers! Then i ate a breakfast ( omelette and “french pain perdu”) , no taste it was disgusting, the pain perdu is just toasted bread and butter , please look the recipe of pain perdu ! ( if you want a real one go in La Brioche in Moseley). But The ckicken sandwich and baklava was okay 👍🏽. The drinks was nice. But i won’t come anymore in this place.

Cafe Valor has been open for 4 months and I'm just disappointed with myself for not discovering it earlier. In fact we had never heard of it and only visited on recommendation from a friend. Located across from the Moseley baths, one is instantly impressed with the beautiful exterior and interior decor and design of the establishment. Its easy to think of one being transferred to a cafe setting in North Africa. There's plenty of space to sit inside and an alfresco dining area outside, which is great when the weather is nice. Its such a relaxed, ambient and calm environment inside and we were afforded a warm welcome and superb service from all staff members, who made us feel comfortable and at home. We ordered a couple of coffees (Latte and Americano), a Panini Smoked Salmon and Cream Sandwich (for my wife), 2 pieces of cake and 2 ice cream/milk shakes for the children. After placing the order we sat our table and didn't have to wait long. The service was prompt and efficient. All the food and drinks were of an excellent standard - fresh, in pristine condition, gorgeously presented and delicious. And to top it all, the prices were very competitive. All in all a great experience. I've already told other family members about it and we're planing a visit next week. You should do the same - you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful staff especially the gentleman who I think was the manager, he was really friendly and welcoming. They have a small menu but very good food, the spicy chicken tikka wrap was my favourite. The piña colada was so refreshing! Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I will definitely be going again.

Fantastic customer service, one of the best places for customer service that I've been to. Had an issue with the food, but it was quickly resolved excellently. The bar staff are extremely friendly. Some of the cold drinks are slightly pricey, but the experience is worth it!

Beautiful decor throughout, gives off pretty garden vibes with a little modern industrial decor. Well sized with some outdoor seating in the garden area. Wide variety on the menu; serving hot and cold drinks, desserts on display, breakfast options including full English and Arabic, they also do paninis/baguettes/sandwiches etc. Customer service is top notch and its kid friendly :). Would (and have) recommend(ed).

The place is so amazing and nice foods. The environment is really amazing and relaxing to go. The valor cafe has free WiFi to go on the Internet and social media or anywhere else on computers, ipads, phones. You all should come who ever is going to the valor cafe. There is like fancy decorations and calm.

This place is on another level. Upon walking in, you find yourself instantly taken away from the outside world and transported into a calm, zen like atmosphere. The place is beautiful. I chose to order a large cappuccino, which was deliciously creamy, and a Traditional English breakfast. That breakfast was one of the best breakfasts I have ever eaten in my entire life. Every part of it was seasoned perfectly and each individual item was as tasty and of the same high quality as the next. Fantastic place. Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Will definitely be coming here again. Thank you. I just can't believe somewhere as high quality as this is tucked away the way it is. Perfect.

Fabulous cafe, much better than its counterparts. This is my fav place for top quality coffee and cake. Great menu selection top notch taste... thoughtfully presented. Also, brilliant costumer be service....a really lovely, convivial guy (who owns it). He ensures every customer is happy.

This is a very different cafe altogether. First and foremost it’s a beautiful place to sit down and relax. It has a perfect atmosphere for families or friends. The food is from what we’ve tried thus far lovely. The owner is absolutely superb. He’s so friendly. Makes you feel so welcomed. So few places show this level of respect to their customers. We will be going again for sure.

I think the customer service worked very well and the equipment is fantastic! I'd like to thank the speed of service and delivery. The performance of the food was very good, it puts you in the Sunday - Cuppa Tea Vibe. It was very cultural and a right - fitted adulty type of theme, due to Cafè's being mainly for 18 - Plus! Splendid.

The cafe is beautifully decorated, quiet and has a relaxing vibe. The food is more than fairly priced and tasted absolutely delicious with a fresh salad and torillas with our wrap and ciabatta. Ive never tasted a better milkshake and smoothie and will be returning just for the fresh mango flavours. The cakes are made in house and look as good as they taste, it would be a shame to miss out on one of the many cheese cakes available, the ice cream was also perfectly flavoured. Finally, the staff are so lovely and you will not feel neglected at all. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I will definetly be coming here again.
