Reviews of Cherry Red's Cafe Bar

Great spot for some breakfast in the city centre. Visited on a Saturday morning with our friends for breakfast and beers. The staff were all really friendly and the cafe was nice a clean.
There is loads on the menu but I went with banoffee pancakes and wow they were so good! Soft fluffy pancakes, loads of topping, REAL maple syrup 😋
Left very happy, would definitely go back.
Highly recommended.

Food was really good and came really quick. Coffee sadly let it down - steam wand wasn't cleaned before or after when coffee was made and foam wasn't up to scratch. Really like the venue and great place for a brunch with fun decor.

Great place with lots of veggie options. Pancakes were lovely. I ordered the white hot chocolate which was really nice as well.

Lovely little place, good veggie/vegan/gluten free options. Had a vegan breakfast which was really good and very filling!

We visited this morning, and can’t fault this place! Delicious food (pancake stack with bacon, black pudding, fried egg & maple syrup was spot on), friendly service and reasonable prices. A lovely, unassuming little cafe that we’d love to visit again soon!

Went here with my partner for a Sunday morning breakfast, glad we did!! The coffee was excellent and one of the best I've had in a long time. We went for the American breakfast with perfectly crispy bacon, fluffy and incredible pancakes and some of the best scrambled egg ever, served with maple syrup of course. Fantastic place and they serve some great beers too!!

Delicious food, basic but perfectly prepared, a lovely spot to sit away from the crowds.
I had a fish finger sandwich and excellent locally produced Cider I'd never seen before. My Anzac cake seemed to be home made and was excellent. Good service.

Fantastic little cafe/bar. The food is amazing (loads of veggie options but also things for meat eaters too). Great selection of drinks on tap and amazing friendly service from the staff. Great place :)

What a great little place! I'm in love with independent cafes/bars, offering a different vibe to all starbuckses and costas. The staff is really friendly, drinks selection is not very broad but the ones available are very nice. I was also positively surprised by the selection of desserts. Will definitely come back, especially that it's literally next to new street train station.

Lovely place for a nice brunch/breakfast with loads of options for both vegan/vegetarian and meat lovers! Would come again
