Reviews of The Artísan Deli

I was recommended by a work colleague that i should check this place out. I love it ! As someone who is dairy free I love that I can come and have different food options, and most importantly dessert options. It can be so difficult to find nice vegan treats. I have had biscoff cake and jaffa cake recently and they were lovely!! The staff are always really friendly and helpful. You have a new regular customer to the Deli !

I Visit Birmingham about twice a month sometimes three times and park around the Custard Factory Digbeth area, Digbeth is getting quite a cool place to visit with Breweries, Bars artisan food places and of course The Artisan Deli i have to say each time i have visited the staff are friendly helpfull and lovely people, the food is freshly cooked fairly priced and the deli itself is spotless with a great atmosphere perfect for a meeting with clients as i do. great team work and carry on the wonderful service.

The fantastic quality and variation of food, catering for all tastes, combined with the fabulous warm, friendly service makes this THE place to eat in Digbeth. Thank you for making my days bearable and always bringing a smile to my face. x

It was a tiresome day, just want to sit down and eat my lunch. Due to COVID rules we were allowed to eat outside, but due to lunch hour. All of them were occupied. The nice lady serving us that day, set up the chair and table for us (thanks ! Neoma) Also, didn’t charge us for a brownie, which was the last one left for sale.
Customer service 5/5
Let’s talk about food now, I have tried rest of the near by restaurant. But this one has best toasted falafel bread and not overly priced.
Food 5/5
I would recommend anyone to give a try to this wonderful place.

The premises and food are both excellent but the stand out quality here is the staff, amazing people. The sausage rolls (and vegan) were very nice👌Again - thankyou

Such a nice place to have lunch! Honestly it's the staff that make this place as good as it is, oh and the little plants

Great prices, made a sandwich especially for my son who is a picky eater which was no trouble to them at all considering it was late in the day. Good prices and excellent service.

Really good
We came here before it was The Artisan deli and that was terrible but now it's a different world
New staff, new menus much much better service than before and I would even go as far as saying it's cheaper also
Highly recommended 👍

I am a regular here. The staff are always extremely welcoming and lovely, and the food is always on point, the only thing which can let it down quite considerably is the speed of service. It can be woeful at times, with a toasted panini taking up to near half hour to be ready, and the order of customers being served being all over the shop. I don't think this is inherently the staffs fault, and I believe the manager should invest on more staffing, especially in the food prep section, as it currently seems to be a one man band having to do everything at once. Overall a lovely place, but not one to go to if in a rush!

I call in often for lunch and its a really place to take a break being a nice spacious environment with tables outside. Food is nice, (with vegan options) and are very good (compared with other places in the custard factory) and staff always friendly.
