Quite a nice place, staff are very friendly and helpful. Always good quality coffee and snacks. Use to frequent various Neros at airports, disappointed at the lack of up grade in decoration of their premises, let's itself down in that respect.

Very pleasant Barista. Skinny Latte was rather strong, Ham & Cheese Toastie was very greasy, wet and sloppy and smaller than the ones in Costa. Doubt that I shall return.

Café Nero, Bournemouth. Americano coffee, reasonably priced and to use an old cliché, as black as the Devil but as pure as a virgin, as hot as hell and as strong as steel. I don't take sugar so it's not as sweet as an angel but the barista is. Obviously a lady of impeccable taste, she called me darling. A welcome break in a pleasant café on a miserable day.

By far the smallest Nero ever frequented, but in no way lacking. The staff are courteous, and the cafe is very clean. There are four tables outside that can accommodate 16 customers, and inside it has a few comfortable chairs for those that need to relax that little bit more. No loud music. Simply a calm and quiet environment, facilitating the opportunity to enjoy your drink of choice and seek refuge from the day whilst doing so.

A nice little Caffe Nero this. H and I had been beating our feet around the Bournemouth shops and nipped in for a refreshment. The staff were pleasant, the coffee and tea were tasty and the ambience was 'coffee-house'. No complaints from us.

Cozy place if you go upstairs is a lot nicer Good space and good seating area. I had a very special late coffee with caramel and cream. It was simply amazing. I asked them to make me something special and I seen this coffee thing on the menu £3.60 or something like that. It made my day. Love the place and nice staff very friendly. 100% recommended.

Good as usual, apart from a weirdo harassing a girl who was studying. This is him the poor girl was petrified and I asked him to leave as he was drinking alcohol and harassing her.

I like Naffe Nero for hot chocolate and a good sized pot of tea! The staff are friendly and often helpful! It can be a quiet place to relax late afternoons. However, the upstairs loo needs to be repaired and paper hung properly. The hand dryer not situated over the loo! The coffee is awful.

Nice coffee shop that seems small but has a very large room upstairs. The drinks are all the usual Nero ones and well prepared. I’ve been a few times to this cafe and always had good service.

Good location and lovely upstairs seats. My friend asked for a regular mocha and I asked for a latte, however The barista forgot to whisk the chocolate powder in the mocha. Basically my friend drank a latte as the chocolate powder was all at the bottom of the cup, not melted at all.
