Very friendly waitress, guy at the till was helpfull too. Clean toilet which is unusual this days. Fast service, we had only 20 minutes time and food was on the table. I recommend Cappuccino's as a genuine family run business in Boscome.

As travelling football fans, we stumbled across this cafe. Absolutely delicious, really friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and i love that it is a family run business. If we ever come back to bournemouth we would look for this place again!

It's a reasonably priced and cheerful cafe and best of all it has a pretty reasonable soft play area for kids. Charged at £2 per child and kids meals around £4 I've not had food from the menu but my kids are happy whenever we go

Really nice place to go and eat. Usually come with the kids so I can eat n drink while they play in the soft play area. The menu is reasonably priced. They do a decent cup of tea. And the blond lady is so nice, friendly & welcoming. If anybody deserves an award for customer service it’s her. Definitely don’t mind spending my money on that gaff

Good selection of food. Mostly Traditional English fare. Reasonable quality. Popular with locals lots of people come for a drink and a snack as well as full meals. Popular children's area upstairs judging by the noises coming downstairs, not too loud though. Toilets upstairs not disabled friendly. Everywhere clean. Cheerful friendly staff especially with their regulars. They rushed to help a wheelchair user through the door.

Such a lovely place for lunch, staff are all so friendly and the food is delicious!! Have been eating here for years and now as a parent I take my son to the soft play area while I have a coffee, a great way to break up a day of shopping! Can also highly recommend their roast dinners too, keep up the good work guys x

Friendly staff, lovely food! Shame some of the parents allow their kids to hurt other children without any form of intervention. My 3 and 2 year old were repeatedly attacked by a child in the soft play recently and the parents were too concerned with their phones to care. Not the fault of the venue or the staff though, so hasn't affected my rating! Would go again.

First time popping by, warm atmosphere, family run, even the youngest son gets involved behind the counter. 10 stars should be a thing!!!

Very cheap softplay at £1.50 per child pretty much all day, as long as you buy some food during that day too, not an unreasonable ask since it is a cafe! Nice staff that make you feel very welcome and especially like the gate that keeps the kids contained within the soft play area. Have breastfed here in the past and no one bat an eyelid, although I was very discrete, like most people who want to breastfeed. LOVE the fact there is no music, much more relaxing than softplays that have fast-paced chart-topping rubbish on that can rarely be described as ‘background music’. Tasty, fresh food and reasonably priced drinks served with a smile. I come here often for shortish bursts and will continue to do so! 🤗

I love this place. Service is the friendliest you'll find, food and coffee is good and great value, and it's a wonderful place to take the kids on a wet or cool day as there is a little soft play. One of Boscombes best kept secrets.

Nice and friendly place with an actual playground for kids on the first floor. Had a chicken that was roasted to oblivion ending up really dry, so I won't be having that again, but omelettes are great, prices are very low and staff very friendly so happy to visit again.

A cheerful Cafe serving breakfasts and lunches with lots of variety in offer. Great for families as the prices are very reasonable. Found the staff to be a bit abrupt, however don't let this put you off.
