H.We stayed at the lodge nearby (2 mins walk) and came here for breakfast as breakfast was not included in our cheap deal. The cafe is in the bowling club.
Very friendly and nice service. Food was very nice. Good options for vegetarian and vegan, too.

B. R.Lovely cafe, quiet location within the Bowling Green area of Meyrick Park. Delicious coffee & baklava or have a savoury spinach or cheese pie (warmed). Pastry is divine! The Turkish Breakfast is recommended by other customers, so must try next time. Friendly staff. Dogs welcome at outside seating areas

I had been for a morning swim and didn't fancy to much of a big filling meal so I just ordered a salad which I never order as they're usually boring at most placss but wow what a lovely salad they make here! I've never been so excited about a salad haha. It was actually huge as well but very fresh and tasty with feta, salad dressing, avocado, tomato, cucumber etc. Just what I needed on a hot day.
Very friendly staff and a lovely community feel to the place as well as the bowls club people were chatting to people at the cafe tables etc
