Best chai lattes in town! One of my sons asks to be dropped here in the mornings before school for a chai or a recently , smoothies. Smoothies are so good. Have had food from here too . Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options which makes a nice change . Inside is cool. Board games to choose from if sitting in. Staff are always friendly

Went for a coffee, the place has a nice vibe to it. Very nice coffee without any pretentiousness, they even have different blends so if you're after a particular type of coffee then you should be happy. On a side note they also have board games which I thought was a nice touch.

All I can really do about this place is sing it praises. I was first introduced to naked about 1 year ago and I have never turned away from them. No matter what sort of drink I get, be it a nice large wet caramel latte (what I normally drink) to a heath nut drink. They also produce the best quality of beverage at a an average price. What make it's even more special is the choice of blend of coffee they give, 1 being the weakest to 3 being the strongest. I recommend going for number 3. The best coffee you'll ever have! The food they serve although expensive can be very advertising and totally worth the £4 - £5 you spent on that one sandwich. All of their food is freshly made and not brought from some factory so you never need to worry about being given food poisoning. I particularly like the sweet food they sell. On top of sandwiches, snacks and sweets they also serve breakfast and lunch. They have I believe a set menu but please do not hold me on this as I have not actually tried any of their cooked food, so I can not give you a truthful answer. Now for the most important part of the review, the customer service. No mater what barista you get, they all treat you with the utmost respect and service with a smile. I can have the maddest day at work, as soon as I enter the building the baristas are all calling out to me say hi and asking how my day was. The atmosphere of first entering the building instantly fills you with a sense of joy. To lift your mood even further the sheer professional customer service you get is enough to do the job on it's own. If you get it to take away, the member of staff making your drink will stand there doing his job to the best quality while having an full on conversation with you. If you get it to have in, they ask where you are going to sit they will provide you table service and bring what you have ordered to your table. What I like about this is if it's not busy you can still have a good conversation with them while comfortably sitting down. At each table, their is a tablet for you to use and enjoy while drinking your coffee or other hot/cold beverage and enjoying a nice plate of freshly cooked food or fresh sandwiches. I never really used them myself. Other entertainment they have is board games and books to enjoy with your friends or loved ones. The music is always playing, so it not like it ever silent in the building. Naked is a hub for students to venture in, club activities could be done their however if you want to do this you will have to contact the company itself as I'm not entirely sure. They have their own merchandise, branded coffee thermal cups or branded clothing, and many other item that you can purchase. If you are a fan of the naked then treat yourself. A little something I enjoy is the sign to the toilets, there are two and they are universal but the sign for them are very funny. Definitely worth 5/5 stars and if your ever in the area, passing by or just looking for a really great coffee then Naked is the place to go!

Lovely place, cosy and relaxed. Nice coffee, tasty and reasonably priced salads. Great also to do a bit of work with free reliable wifi. The only downside which is unrelated to the place itself is that there is no free parking around. Would definitely recommend!

We were visiting Bournemouth for 3 nights and on our first day here we came across Naked! Usually my Husband and I are fighting over where to go to eat/ drink but this place was just perfect for the both of us -which is a very rare occurrence!- (I'm GF/ Lactose intolerant and he follows a high protein diet) it was also perfect for anyone travelling as there is space and lots of sockets to charge your phone. I was also extremely impressed by the coffee. I don't really enjoy drinking coffee out anymore as its generally dark roast and burnt but here I enjoyed my first coffee out in ages! (I chose the medium roast) We also had fun because of the music/ atmosphere and games that were available to play! Overall very good experience and if we are in Bournemouth again we will return for sure.

It's a very cozy place to be in, electric socket are available everywhere which is so handy for students with their laptops doing research. The wifi is excellent as well. Food is very vegan friendly, drinks are superp. No staff issues, very accommodating and nice. Also recommend their brownies which taste amazing! All in all will recommend the place 100%!

Stayed local for work and needed to get breakfast as wasn't available where we stayed. Naked coffee was nearby and I'm glad we stopped by. The staff were wonderfully accommodating to dietary needs and the selection of foods and drinks were plentiful. I had a lovely coconut latte and fresh fruit and yoghurt. Also a cheeky bacon butty. Workmate had pastries and a frozen turmeric coffee. Both orders were spot on. Atmosphere in the cafe is relaxed and friendly and we would (and did) use again. The only thing I would like to see on the menu is some teas. But I can't knock them for what was on offer as it was bloody lovely.

Naked coffee offers a variety of three high grade blends of roasted beans, and quality food and treats. I can recommend the chilli chocolate mocha, made with dorset naga chillies! Leaves one fully charged and buzzing with enthusiasm! The staff are very positive, polite and just cool human beings in general 👊💯

I popped in today on impulse as I was going past on my way home from work. I came in tired, stressed and hot. The staff put me at ease immediately, they were friendly, informative and really upbeat. They helped me through the menu and made me the best, freshest coffee I have ever had. You guys really helped to turn my day around, I may have to make this a weekly treat!

Amazing service, I liked the decor, and the environmental awareness imbued in the ethos. The vegan sausages were proper tasty and had a good texture. (We had toasted sandwich with vegan sausages, vegan cheese and sauce etc) The beetroot, ginger, apple and carrot juice was perfectly balanced. The tables and toilets were clean.

Always enjoy the coffee especially having the ability to choose what roast! Even better coffee shop now that glazed donuts are for sale. Although they don't seem to be made fresh daily. Would recommend though!

Really good mocha, could choose out of 3 coffee beans and didn't have to wait long at all for my order. I don't like a lot of coffee from coffee shops but this one was one of the best I've had. And so many options when making your burger for a good price too. I wish there was one of these near where I live. The staff were super friendly, too. I came in early for the burgers and they fired up the grill even though I said they didn't need to.

Amazing tasting coffee. I am Italian and miss properly prepared coffee,this shop doesn't let me feel nostalgic about my coffee anymore .Really good value for money too and the staff are friendly and polite. I personally found the ambience a bit too loud: really bright colours, loud pop music on the speakers, however this will not deter me from going back. Not sure about the parking options as it's in the Lansdowne area, but it is easily reached by bus and a short walk from the town centre.

I did really love Naked, and I still think it's a great place to go for food, drinks and atmosphere. Unfortunately I've been mistakenly given dairy after requesting non-dairy on 3 separate occasions. The first time I flagged it up the manager was excellent and gave me a free drink. He was very apologetic and immediately reinforced to the staff the process for making sure orders are correct when it comes to allergens. The last time it happened it turned out it was because the server hadn't written it down on the order. Although she apologised, it was very offhand and it didn't seem like she was bothered at all. Because of this, I don't feel very confident in ordering here unless I can stand and watch to make sure my drink is made correctly, which honestly is a bit of a pain. So I would recommend this place, but if you have dietary requirements then you should be aware that you might get the wrong order. It's a shame because one of their selling points is providing foods for different requirements.

I started drinking coffee a few weeks ago and only tried coffee in a few places so far, but you can tell that naked has amazing taste and because you can choose the level of coffee bean roast, makes it easy for anyone who is a beginner in coffee drinking. Therefore, the Brazilia, which is the light roast is a perfect choice for my mocha. I also tried a coconut milk chilli mocha, and the twist the chilli gives it is just exquisite. The staff is amazing and veery friendly in giving advice on what to try.

What a difference a it makes when the boss cares about what he does... ordered a salad today, and sadly it was missing a couple of bits from my order. I called the contact number to complain and they couldn’t have been more keen to fix it for me. A new salad arrived and a couple of extra bonuses as an apology. I can’t speak to highly enough of how these guys resolved a problem and went the extra mile to fix my complaint, and my opinion of them. They really care that you are happy.
