Decided to stop here for lunch yesterday due to a warm welcome from the friendly staff. I was checking there was gluten free options available and I was in luck! I opted for a smoked Salmon and prawn salad it was literally the BEST food I’ve ever tasted so much flavour! I cant find the menu to find out the sauce it was delicious!!! My mum had the burger and it was cooked to perfection. Great location clean inside and the staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall the best meal we had on our holiday! Made our day and we didn’t want dinner! I was advised of a gluten free pizza so don’t delay if you have the same allergy! :) thanks again! When I come back I will definitely be eating here again! I think the photos speak for themselves.

What a great little find this gem of a place is, after walking up the steep path, over the bridge, from the lower gardens, towards the new bird house.
The range of drinks and eats is wide, although we only had pistachio iced coffee and cake on this visit, just want we needed after the steep walk, to help cool us down, but we plan to go back tomorrow for lunch and try their wonderful plater’s.
Unfortunately it was raining at the time of our visit, but they had a huge umbrella up, and comfortable cushioned chairs out, with a lovely view of the lower gardens and the new bird cage, when it’s opened.
I’m happy to recommend it.

Before you take in a show
Or just after a walk in the park
Good ranged of drinks on offer
Tea coffee non alcoholic drinks
Plus bottled wines and draft beer
Delightful restaurant menu

Very delicious! Had a great time with the wife and my friend dan, over looking the whole park, lovely sun trap, cool breeze, and great service! Very nice walk to there, and ordered some items we normally don't get but was worth a try and we wasn't disappointed! Very clean and tidy, disabled friendly, easy menu's! Plenty of drinks to pick from! Same as the food...Will be coming back again soon! Yum yum.... 5*

Excellent food with a limited choice but well worth the location. Waiter/ waitress service best I have experienced in years. Hot and cold drinks are good.

My partner and I spent the Easter Bank Holiday in Bournemouth and discovered this amazing place on our 1st night and returned everyday. The staff (shout out to Liv, James, Kat and Hannah) for the brilliant service and great laughs. They were all very friendly and the food + wine was excellent. Definitely try their Charcuterie board and their Rose wine
Great place to people watch, with a calming scenery.
Will definitely be returning for a visit 😊

One of Bournemouth's best kept secrets. Situated next to the Pavilion, overlooking the lower gardens, this is a quiet relaxed location where you can relax and enjoy a well earned rest from the crowds. Freshly made pizza and a good selection of gins and other drinks are available with inside and outside seating. Good for a light bite or evening drinks. Staff were particularly helpful. An excellent experience.
