D. G.Good breakfast, we had the smokey hash and stack 'em and both were really nice. The sauce 'decorated' on the plates was insane though! 🤤 We also ordered a small portion of pancakes to try - oreo & Nutella. The pancakes were good but they were very dense, also disappointed as it didn't seem like maple syrup but instead, golden syrup. Overall a nice breakfast 🙂.
Looking forward to trying a burger next time.
E. J.This is a superb find. Good restaurants/café's/bars should be all about the produce. You can the fanciest furniture, and best decor, but if what you serve is mediocre, then it's all for nothing.
My friend told me about this gem, and I visited knowing nothing about it. It's a small café that doubles as a restaurant come 5pm. The menu is modestly sized, with some specials on the wall, but it's all very interesting and exciting.
My last visit was a very tough choice between the brunch burger and the pancakes. The noises coming from the table opposite about the pancakes were certainly an endorsement. But I went for the burger, and soon I was making involuntary approving noises of my own.
The food is excellent, I'm having pancakes on my next trip, the staff are friendly, relaxed (but still professional), and the chef's/owners enthusiastic about good food, done well.
This place alone is worth the trip to Aberkenfig.
a. s.We had brakefast here today. Saw it online and the food looked to good to miss out on and all i can say is it 100% did. All the food was fresh and packed with flavour the staff are very friendly and chilled out vibe in side. Defenetly not a place to miss if you are near.

Dog friendly, so our puppy was allowed to join us whilst we ate.
We ordered a brekky stack, I think it was called. Beautiful black pudding, tomatoes, potatoes, house mixed beans, cumberland sausage curl and poached egg (mine was fried) and it was spectacular.
Harls (the puppy) had a sausage and mushrooms (free) whilst we ate.
Spectacular little place will definitely be returning.

J.Nestled in the back of the post office is quaint calm cafe. There is some seating but I usually take mine home. Lovely seasonal treats and rolls. And a wonderful egg Nog hot chocolate.
