First time visiting, busy little place. The graphics had too much ice in it and tasted like water, not trying to slate the staff off, the drive thru was busy which is understandable for someone to rush. In Heff’s words “if the drink isn’t up to standard or to your satisfaction we’re more than happy to replace it” 2 minutes later I was on my way with a lovely mocha frap. This is not a complaint but an insight into the “it happens” and to their great attitude. At the end of the day it’s just a drink and most definitely a first world instance, nevertheless, nice for it to be something we can enjoy. All the best!

Popped in on Sunday 5th June for a snack and a coffee, coffee and food were fine, the main criticism I have is the state of the floor, didn't look like it had been swept in a while, even the pedestal of the table was dirty. So a bit disappointed

Okay but not great. Staff were pleasant and helpful, but my coffee was crazily sweet (compared to my partner's who had the same order). Many of the tables and seats needed cleaning and look shabby. Also the door closing mechanism is malfunctioning and on a cold day like today, that's allowing unpleasant cold wind in the store. Starbucks can do much better!

Really helpful and polite staff. Very grubby environment, needs thoroughly inspecting and cleaning. The toilets are disgusting, truly. Either under staffed or badly led, Starbucks standards should be exemplary but they are inconsistent and it's a great shame.

After the most appauling rude service at Costa we decided to try Starbucks, the staff were so polite, friendly and welcoming in comparison and gave my puppy a free pupaccinno. I'm not a fan of Starbucks in general but they far surpass the Costa in the outlet.

Literally love the fact that they are drive through Starbucks in Wales in every town. Was in Bridgend on vacation and I was so excited that I could get my daily strawberry açai to admit I had go twice a day to get one. I love them and I loved the not getting out of the car vibe. Need more of these in Essex. The service was great and got the pumps right on every occasion. Thanks a lot

Last minute decision. Had no idea what I wanted to order as I usually drink my coffee black so was awfully unprepared. Asked the staff to prepare me anything they want as long as it was vegan. Was delicious!! Both girls were so enthusiastic and fun, put up with my ridiculous request and made everything quickly. Really good experience and the girls were lovely (I think their names were Hannah and Emily but I might be wrong).

Although 'bucks isn't my personal favourite for a cup of beans, oddly I find their drive through joints to be my 'go to' when on the move beyond my local independent, and actually the frappés are really good. This particular one is great, with the small matter of the intercom clarity needing attention at the staff end; they seem to have difficulty hearing what's being said (and I'm generally not slurring my speech all that much when I'm there...). Five stars when fixed :) Update/edit: Aug "22 - Had a sit-in cuppa. Not too bad on the bean front. Staff could perhaps have been a bit more switched on but pleasant enough, and with no queues the service was nice and quick.

Nothing flash, a run of the mill Starbucks. One of our coffees was super sweet despite asking for not sweet. They had no problem making a replacement though.

Lovely coffees here. Even had seconds. Lovely environment in the store however the chairs were dirty, we had to clear the table and we seen another member of staff on his mobile while customers needed to be served. Not the best impression but i would return if shopping in the area again.

I imagine this branch of Starbucks is much like any other so if you are one of the people who practically lives in these places, you will no doubt like this one. As the opposite type of person, I will try to take an objective view. Likes: Quality of food / drinks was really good and staff were genuinely friendly. Dislikes: Lack of seating (A number of the people mentioned above sprawling work or uni papers all over the desk taking up way more space than needed while sipping hour old drinks) - The only table remaining looked like it had been abandoned mid clean for staff to take their break so I had to clear it myself. It's quite pricey but again that depends on what you're used to paying.

Excellent service delicious coffee fantastically happy polite staff and some very naughty sweet treats. Had a chocolate swirl that was heaven and a latte and enjoyed both. The coffee shop area is immaculately clean including the toilets. Find it impossible to be negative.

Being a regular user of this Starbucks I was most disappointed waiting over 15 minutes for a medium latte to be told they had forgotten about one of the two drinks I ordered. So by the time I got my coffee my partner had finished her hot chocolate which defeats the purpose of going for a Starbucks together. Don't get me wrong once I had my coffee it was a nice coffee however standing at the counter for 15 minutes looking like I was waiting for a bus that just wasn't arriving made the experience less pleasurable than I desired. Organisation and communication was lacking in a considerably quiet period of a Sunday evening....

Attended during lockdown when it was drive through only. A queue of 10 cars was served very quickly (much quicker than you would wait in store when they were open). They got my order right as well which is always a bonus!

I usually go for a treat as it is quite expensive and a bit out of the way for a pedestrian. It's so good tho, that's why it's a treat. Have the best frappes. So creamy and full of flavour. I think it's a great idea that they have a drive through. Not that I've ever used it. My friend has tho and says you have to ask for the drizzle or they won't give you any. I think it's silly that you get a different service through the window than you do in store.

Good parking there and nearby. Close to B & Q Dreams beds, The Range etc. Found it quite pleasant for a Starbucks. I often find their seating uncomfortable, but quite reasonable here.
