Friendly staff, wonderful indoor & outdoor seating environment, delicious food! I had the Veggie Melt Toasties and my friend had the BBQ Cheese Hotdog. They looked and tasted so good Nice coffee too

Dropped in for a coffee and fell in love with this little hole-in-the-wall gaming cafe! ☕🎮 Coming from the Seattle area, it hit a soft spot for the board game cafes from back home, and I can't wait to enjoy my coffee with a side of SSX Tricky in the future!

I loved going on a date here, ideal for nerds the downstairs area is very sweet and I ordered a biscoff almond milkshake. However the second time I went they put normal milk instead of almond which I had asked for specifically so I had to throw it away. Gonna give 5 stars anyway as they probably didn't intend to

First time I've been able to visit. Being marathon Sunday it was naturally busy out, but the guys at 1 Up were very chill. Sausage, egg and bacon sandwiches were great, knife and fork jobby. Didn't get to play any games but I'll be back to do that another day. Thanks guys.

What an amazing cafe. Fantastic milkshake, tasty sandwich. And with games to boot. Spent far too long playing them all. Numerous systems to play (even a gamecube!)

Lovely, attentive, friendly staff!! Lots and lots of games to enjoy for FREE. There’s more gaming downstairs with a hidden garden away from the busy streets. A real hidden gem I recommend bringing children to enjoy the great milkshakes and smoothies they have to offer. Happy to see vegan and GF options on the menu, will be back again.

The cafe has pleasant friendly staff. In a cozy setting with retro gaming(nintendo and monitor) You are free to game whilst enjoying ur order with food and drinks. Good music (changed to our preference panic at the disco) Really enjoyed the Stay.

I visited this litte cafe for breakfast a few days ago with my boyfriend. Lovely food, friendly staff and an amazing morning. The seating outside was so nice as we were able to sit in the sunshine. The cafe had lots of games and games rooms downstairs, which we are going to go back and try when its not so warm outside! Some grumpy shoppers passing by almost knocked me clean off my chair with their 1374 bags (hahaha) but other than that everyone else was kind and conciderate to the fat that we were eating. Overall such a brilliant breakfast cafe, we will be back !

Lovely little ‘shofè’, perfect for cakes and coffees. I Especially love the smoothies and my children love playing on the games consoles. Great too for buying retro games and gaming related products! Good atmosphere and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

Smoothies are great and is the coffee - also does food and cakes all of which are nice! Has games to play and fun decor as well as being laptop friendly so it's a nice place you can chill for a while as the owner is also really friendly - definitely recommend :)

A little gem in the lanes. Just opened with great coffee, cakes and smoothies. Staff are lovely with some super retro consoles set up on the tables with all your fave games (n64, snes, mega drive)

I felt a guardian angel must have been watching over me when I found this cafe, I got to play mario kart on the gamecube at my table whilst waiting for food and even bought a boxed gameboy game for just £3! Amazing cafe I would love to return

Brilliant little cafe in Brighton, staff were lovely and helpful, the food & drinks are amazing, they had food and drinks for my vegetarian friends that they was very happy with, then to top it all off there was retro consoles that you could play when having your stuff, brilliant idea and great fun, would definitely recommend to anyone :)
