Genuinely the best breakfast in Sussex - none other I've had can rival the BN1. Incredibly friendly staff very time I've visited. Just please update your online opening times! Was left disappointed today, but hope to be back in the area to visit again soon :)

Happened to be in this area by chance and my partner needed a loo! The lovely lady owner had no hesitation in allowing the request. With time to kill, we then ordered two latte’s and then decided to eat as well. One excellent toastie and a really tasty home made veg curry with perfect rice and poppadum was served in no time at all. What an unexpected (I’m not a caff user) but I’d certainly go back to this super friendly and spotlessly clean establishment.

Seems reasonable. Can't stand Cumberland sausages though. Edit: the sausages in the sandwich were way too herby for me, even if they weren't Cumberland, they tasted like them
