One of the better Costa Coffees in Brighton, I like the approach they have taken due to Covid, the staff are friendly and the service is perfect. The prices are great and the quality and options available is above and beyond. I highly recommend this place and have nothing bad to say!

The staff are friendly and the markers where to go are perfect. Nice to have a coffee shop with drink that don't have caffeine in, like coolers as well as hot chocolate.

One of the better Costas. Nice and quiet downstairs, or usual take away drinks from upstairs. The tables next to the windows upstairs get very hot even during winter. Service has always been very nice

Staff were helpful. There is a seating area and toilets on the lower level. I can't remember seeing any disabled toilets. Good place to people watch from while having a coffee and a chat.

Decent Costa. Average coffee-making based on the usual experience at Costa. The tables were clean, and the staff were pretty friendly. I'd recommend this one over the Costa slightly down the road on Bond street.

Standard Costa coffee with limited upstairs seating. There is downstairs seating available but it's underground and doesn't have a great atmosphere. Some outside seating is on offer too which is ideal for the summer. This coffee shop doesn't seem to get as busy as the Starbucks opposite Churchill Square which is great if you don't want to have to deal with the crowds.

I been coming to the Costa in Dyke Road for years but I have to say that the present staff are fantastic really friendly even tough they are rushed off their feet most of the time...they will alway remember what I have and if anything is wrong will quickly apologise and rectify it. They are a real credit to the company... They could do with extra staff if you asked my opinion as its so close to Churchill Square.. It can be tough to work there every day. Saying that they always have a smile for you regardless of how busy they are. It a real port in a Christmas storm👍😁

I came in on a monday, mid-day and there were both a man and a woman serving. My boyfriend and I were served by a woman with a slight accent, who was both hostile and a little snappy with both of us. She was also kind of shouting at my boyfriend from the machines as she had forgotten what he wanted. The staff are always hostile here, however the guy on his shift, sounded northern, was lovely and smiley - making up for it.

The standard Costa coffee quality in a very nice location, at the city centre. Staff is always very friendly, environment very pleasant and clean.
