Afternoon G&Tea... Great find ! Beautiful selection of toasted fresh open sandwiches and delicious scones cakes served with a mug of soup ! Genius idea....Gin to finish off and a very friendly team . Thank you for starting the birthday celebrations off so well. 🙌

Beautifully presented little tearoom with an excellent selection of teas (which you can purchase). Their afternoon tea is also excellent, plenty of food, everything tastes fresh and the cakes were moist and delicious. If I had to be really picky the only thing I’d pick on would be the sausage roll, sounds strange but for me there was a bit too much meat and it felt a bit over bearing especially with all of the other food on the plate but like I said that’s just me being picky and it was still delicious. Staff are awesome too! We’ll be back.

Metrodeco has a delightfully quaint ambience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had the gin afternoon tea and it was lovely. I had the gunpowder green tea which was very nice. All of the food was very tasty and there was plenty of it. We were both full when we left. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband and I took my parents here for afternoon tea to celebrate their 30th wedding anniversary. The tea was lovely and came with a really nice selection of cakes and savoury snacks. Would definitely recommend for a tasty alternative to the other more traditional afternoon teas in Brighton.

The quality of the food was really good, but the prep/ cooking could be better. For example, my jasmine tea was brewed too hot and made it taste a little bitter, and my toasty was a little burnt and hard to chew. The toast was too tough to cut with a knife and fork. Didn't try the cakes but they looked good. The kimchi is really nice there.

We just wanted to say thank you SO much for such a brilliant time today at MetroDeco ❤️We visited as part of some hen do celebrations and were completely bowled over by the service, attention to detail and amazing food. We had lots of different dietary requirements in our group (vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerant, gluten free) and every body was catered for with lots of special, delicious options. The staff were so friendly and fantastic hosts who talked us through our menus with such passion. And everything we had on our plates was absolutely yummy! It was the perfect ending to our weekend in Brighton and we will definitely be back x
