Cosy atmosphere, amazing scones & cakes and great tea served in cute, funy china. And so many vegan and G.F. options! Can't miss it every time I visit Brighton.

really sweet little cafe. cake was yum and everything looks reasonably priced! our server megan was particularly polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend

Beautiful food and a gorgeous spot, very well priced and great service. The brunch and scones were some of the best I’ve ever had! 😋 Definitely worth stopping here 👍

It is a small and cosy place. Very retro and does amazing food, delivered by somehow if not on par, better staff. They looked after my friend and I, who wanted to have afternoon tea. They walked us through our options and made sure every box was ticked. First time I ever had afternoon tea and I'm glad I did here. I would highly recommend it to anyone, who is lucky enough to find it. Made my Sunday. Thank you

Lovely little tea shop! I took my wife for afternoon tea for her birthday and we both really enjoyed it the scones were so good.. we would definitely recommend 😊

The service is really good and so the sweets and the tea. This little teahouse is a real gem hidden in the lanes. Just be sure to order the loose tea, or they will bring the teabag one. I suggest both the afternoon and the cream tea.

I don't often do this, but I felt I'd share. Our visit here was exquisite, the service was great, the tea so refreshing and the lemon drizzle elderflower cake was amazing. Thank you!

Fantastic tea house! Very cozy and with a vintage vibe. The coffee and walnuts cake was delicious, and so the cheesecake! Great coffee and hot chocolate too. They were very friendly fast and knowledgeable

A fantastic little tea shop down a lovely little arcade. Really good cakes: the Eton Mess cake was fantastic, and the carrot cake was a week above average specimen. Also the coffee comes in little French presses which means you get a good 3 cups rather than the usual one. Lovely decor on top of it all makes it a lovely place to go to and certainly one worth returning to!

Thoroughly enjoyed this quaint little shop. They had a wonderful and very affordable afternoon tea offer, that I enjoyed with my sister and partner. There was a small issue with a sandwich, but they resolved it immediately and with great speed and care. They also had an Eton mess cake, which might be the best cake I've ever had it was exceltionally rich and moist. Would highly recommend.

Great cheese & onion toasties, fab cake + tea, very good service considering they were very busy, and excellent prices. What more can we say, except that we shall seek out this charming little cafe every time we visit Brighton. Oh, and thanks for squeezing us in, much appreciated.

Absolutely loved it. Small but fantastic cakes and a proper pot of tea! Went twice on our visit to Brighton. Edited this photo as I didn't want to post the ladies who were sitting outside with their babies

Absolutely loved it scones were home made and gorgeous. The sandwiches were also freshly made. the overall experience was elevated by the manager, who worked alone and did everything, even washed up in his yellow marigolds! he was friendly , polite and very accommodating. Great value and I will definitely go back

At last traditional tea room in Brighton no avocado hidden under your bread and no sneaky wasabi just tea and a sarny. Great people watching spot on a nice day.

Thoroughly enjoyed visit, welcoming and quick service. Tea excellent and cake very nice thank you

A very nicely decorated tea/coffee/cake cafe. Nice variety of cakes and drinks.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, however one member of staff was quite hopeless. Very slow bringing out scone ordered. Also milk for tea in jug had cake crumbs in it.

Great little tea shop, cheerful atmosphere. Been here before and will be coming back :)

That Little Tea Shop was a fantastic experience. Ince took amazing care of everybody in the shop, and honestly truly made us feel like we were at home in the cozy little cafe while it was raining outside. We ordered the eggs (1 poached, 1 scrambled) on toast, with a slice of cheese added, and it was AMAZING. My partner and I also had a sausage roll and hot chocolate, and a brownie, all fantastic.
Pay Ince a visit, you wont be disappointed!

Quaint, Friendly and reasonably priced.
Returning for their £7.70 breakfast tomorrow.

Cutest vintage tea shop! Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend the Cream Tea: a scone with clotted cream & jam. The Orange Darjeerling tea was delicious.

What a fantastic find in Brighton. So refreshing to find a traditional tea room that does all the basics well and such a change from your usual overpriced trendy fair you get in Brighton.
Would recommend and will return.

The best strawberry jam I've ever had in my life lives here. Came with my aunt in 2017 and I still think about this place all the time. Wonderful service, amazing eats, and lovely, cozy atmosphere.

Hidden gem amongst all the big chain coffee shops.
Sandwiches were fresh and tasty.
Service was excellent

When visiting this place yesterday I had the cream tea. It was lovely. The scone was fresh and I was given a generous amount of jam and cream to go with it. The service was great and we felt that the staff really cared about us and if we were happy with everything.

Lovely spot for a cup of tea and a bit of crumpet. We found it thanks to a word of mouth recommendation from a local who we asked. They were kind to our dog as we sat outside and had our snack. A lively area and a nice stop off.

(Translated) What's better than a hot chocolate and a slice of cake at the end of a freezing and windy day on the sea? Nothing, especially if you come to this place, small and hidden in the maze of central Brighton!
We took a steaming hot chocolate and slices of savory and typical cakes never tried before!
I highly recommend it to enjoy a warm moment of relaxation and sweetness!

(Translated) This tea room, placed slightly apart in an atypical alley really offers an experience of English tea time. It is possible to sit in the alley with various tea services. This tea room is really chewable! With succulent cakes, generous portions and very polite and attentive staff, I highly recommend this tea room!

(Translated) A nice tea room and a nice staff. Clean and well heated place maybe a little too heated. A nice decor.one dishes sometimes chipped damage.prices correct. Sandwiches (good), cakes, eggs, hot or cold drinks. Scones warmed so a little dry damage. Clean toilets but that would be better refreshed You must not be in a hurry. Quiet in this nice tea room.
(Original)

(Translated) Very nice establishment if you need to take a break, after midday. And you can enjoy a cream tea 🍵. If you like English specials it's really good.
