Well what can I say.....love this place my family and I have made it a bit of a family tradition to go there when we go to Brighton. The gentleman who owns it is so friendly and nothing is to much trouble and the rest of the staff are just as friendly too. The quality and presentation of the food is undoubtedly superb. We have never been disappointed in all the years we been going there. It's a must if your in Brighton, just don't eat anything before you go in there, for sure your be very full afterwards, as they don't scrimp on portion sizes either. We had full breakfast waffle And 2 x dessert waffles. My family member enjoyed the lovely sundae that was given as a lovely gesture because it was there birthday so kind and very much unexpected.thankyou be back soon.

Waffles were delicious and were served quickly. The people there were very nice and it's a comfortable atmosphere. There's scaffolding outside at the moment so we managed to walk straight past it at first 😊

Delicious waffles! I had the triple chocolate American waffle, my only complaint is the ice cream on top hardened part of the waffle beneath and made it hard. Apart from that it was a delightful dessert.

A lovely place to enjoy some refreshments. We ordered a flat white, latte and vanilla thick shake. All tasted amazing and presented really well. The seating areas are really clean and brilliantly spaced. Highly recommend it here. Thank you for a lovely experience 😊

Didn’t expect much because the street is full of clubs, pubs and loud noise at night with drunken people which gives me bad vibe, but I was pleasantly surprised, really good choice for a breakfast treat. Great coffee, too 👍🏻

Such a great place with delicious food! Friendly and accommodating staff. Tables are spaced well and a large entryway allows for good airflow. A short walk from a car park with some good shops nearby. Definitely worth a visit or takeaway!

As many people noted, I was also attracted inside this shop by the delicious smell. The waffles are made to order and they are as fantastic as the waffles you can find in the streets of Antwerpen or Brussels. The waffles age very tasty and there's a vast choice of toppings. The staff is very pleasant as well. I definitely recommend!

I came here today for dessert after a meal at another restaurant with my boyfriend and I ordered the Dream waffle with a scoop of Oreo icecream and Belgian chocolate... it was so incredible. It tasted amazing and the portion wasn’t too big that I couldn’t finish. It was around £6 which I think is a good price. The person who served me was friendly and overall I loved it :) will be coming here again

This place is great to get a quick bite or a full dinner. With its wide range of waffles you will be spoilt for choice. The service here is also great and it is clean and tidy. Children are welcome and if you wish you can take away. The only disadvantage is that it can be quite busy but other than that it is a great place to go!

Tasty sweet desserts, and savoury options too! I personally went for a sour cream and salmon waffle, and was not disappointed. Portion sizes are quite large so go hungry. Would have liked to have returned for a sweet option but I ran out of time on this trip. Hope to return someday.

My daughter enjoyed her 12 year birthday party here. Two tips: one for customers and one for the owner. Customers: A waffle + milkshake is gonna make you feel sick. I tried to warn those girls... Owner: The phone number goes through to your personal mobile phone in a foreign country, which made it a pain to organise.

I'm like a kid at Christmas when I visit here. I went about 2 years ago and I was so happy to see it was still there when I visited Brighton this year. The crepes are delicious, the staff are so friendly and the milkshakes are just beyond words.

Absolutely DELISH food!!! There isn't a lot of seating, about 6 - 8 tables, but there is the option to take away. It's very neat & clean. The service wasn't as friendly as I'd have hoped and one of the dishes I ordered came on a rather chipped plate, but I still enjoyed my meal! I had the New Yorker crepe (quite strong mustard), Banoffee waffle and a mango smoothie. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Really enjoyed the Churro waffle. Fresh waffle, a generous pot of chocolate dipping sauce and ice cream. A very good portion size (enjoyed a seafront walk afterwards to offset it a little). Friendly staff and prompt service. (Just wish our tap waters had been served in glasses rather than single use plastic cups - hence 4 rather than 5 stars)

Great waffles of all sorts here. My wife and I had the American breakfast waffle which has English bacon (aka Canadian ham in the US), cheese and a fried egg. Our son had waffle with ice cream and chocolate along with a babychino (warm milk and cookies): the breakfast of his dreams! Everything was delicious. Americans please note you must ask for syrup for your waffles and sugar for your latte. *smile*

My daughter couldn't eat hers because they are mega filling and because id foolishly already fed her sweets for breakfast to try and get her into town so i ended up eating 1 and 3/4's of a waffle and i felt like i had a hernia.
