Reviews of Bakesmiths
H. F.
Super friendly services that you can order take-away without walking into the store. They opened a counter on the street! Great place for getting great coffee, definitely coming back for their bakery! Photo featuring Flat White!
T. H.
A lovely cafe, with excellent coffee and pastries. The selection of food is very good, and delicious. Service was very good, although staff can on occasion be a little short. It is probably on the more expensive side, but very good quality. A lovely environment too.
E. V.
Had one of the best cinnamon buns there. So deliciously moist and tasty! Couldn't recommend more, particularly if you're able to snatch up a discounted one after 2pm. Really good coffee too. However I was slightly disappointed by their chai latte which I found to be slightly bitty.
B. P.
I ate a delicious kimchi toastie and coffee. But I didn’t eat the coffee I drank it.
I am giving four stars because of the use of disposable boxes and plastic cups. Why ruin a delicious toastie by having to eat it out a box? Not to mention the environmental impact!
J. P.
Tasty food however I didn't enjoy drinking my coffee out of a disposable cup! what a waste of plastic...
for some reason our food also appeared in takeaway boxes which was a shame. can we please think about the planet? </3 </3
I understand this may have been appropriate during covid but all other restrictions have been lifted, surely this is a priority???? if covid is truly your reason then staff should wear masks
S. L.
Love this place, the bread, the ham hock and cheese toasties, and millionaires shortbread are guilty pleasures 🤭
P. E. B.
Good location and nice ground floor decor. Ordered at the counter and was asked to wait for our drinks because we were sitting upstairs, waited a while! Was expecting table service given the price of the breakfasts. Also, very measly bread portions, surprising given the name of the place..
C. K.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and drink. I had the fried chicken sandwich and macha latte. The fried chicken wasn't crispy and the macha could have had more macha in it but the bread was amazing and I'm still thinking about it. My friends had the sausage rolls right out of the oven and I think about them, too.
j. r.
Best place to get your coffee and I also had a delicious piece of banana bread. Prices are also reasonable. Staff is friendly and attentive:)
R. J.
Such a great selection of pastries and cakes for breakfast/snacks, and quiches and sandwiches for lunch. Have always walked past this place but never gone in before, I'm glad I did this weekend!
Went for breakfast and had the smoothest almond croissant I've tried, a delicious braided cinnamon bun and even a savoury pastry (which was a nice surprise since I wouldn't normally try these for breakfast or see them on display - this one was mushroom and cheese and was so tasty).
The fresh juice tasted great as well, and didn't have to wait long for the hot drink. There's also the option of picking up one of their fresh loaves from the shelves and buying it to take home :)
R. S.
Had a lovely brunch, we went for the avocado and added the eggs which was a delight!
Loved that we could see them being made. Great atmosphere, fairly quiet which was perfect. Think we'll go for the full breakfast next time as that looked fab too.
I found that a sharper knife would have been better with the sourdough.
Access: We walked as we are local but there is (pay and display/ringo) parking just outside which makes for easy access.
K. C.
No cash is accepted which wasn’t ideal but the coffee was perfect and made within a minute of ordering, so can’t complain.
V. C.
Just couldn't avoid going in and buying a loaf, the bread looks (and tastes) so good! Stopped for food and enjoyed the coffee and toastie, they got something wrong with my order but were very attentive and gave me cakes in compensation, which were also delicious! Will go again
O. L. W.
Lovely place - but post Covid… well you can eat on the plate in restaurants now so what happened to plates and proper cups here?? Hello? 😜 eating with bamboo folk not so great either 😅
D. M.
Needed to pass an hour whilst waiting for someone... This place looks great, professional & inviting from the outside. Somewhere to relax for a short while over a coffee & cake??? Maybe not. I ordered my coffee and had a look at their cakes etc - no prices on show so stuck with just a coffee. The coffee was served to my seat/table in a paper cup - not what I was expecting for the price I'd just paid. Great coffee, in fact it was a very good coffee, but think I'd have enjoyed it more as a take away.
If you're staff and reading this (I'd be expecting you to) then please serve your coffee in traditional cup/saucer, a small biscuit wouldn't go a miss either. Good luck.
J. W.
Love the high ceilings and bustle of the place whilst able to have a private conversation. The vegan fare is pretty tasty too!
l.
Cakes were good, coffee was average, most of the menu was out of stock by 10.30am and you have to rush to the counter after 10 minutes to collect your food which surely could be delivered to the table, justifying high street prices.
Lovely building but feel that it's more of a style over substance business.
Shame everything is in takeaway packaging, and no real reason to put a takeaway lid on a drink when the customer is dining in - more waste.
R. R.
Ate inside but still had a paper cup for coffee and cake in a paper bag so not overly impressed. Carrot cake and coffee tasred fine though.
R. I.
The food was good but the service was chaotic
We were queuing up to order and a lady with a tablet took ours, mine was off the shelf but my wife was special order
Waited 15 minutes and nothing, people behind us had finished and we're leaving
We asked at the counter and our order was lost 😔
We received everything shortly and it was good and great coffee
It may have been a one off but we can't rate 5 star's
I. J.
As this was my first visit, it's a 4 star. The coffee was very good, if a little small. The billionaire's slice was excellent and all served with a lovely smile and some friendly banter. A well-placed stopping off point between the centre and the Downs.
J. C.
The coffee drink was for beverages actually but pastry was good as well it was ultimate so I had a drink to have there it way good
D. M.
Full of life, mix of people types, great interior. Leave when you've finished your drink - they've got a business to run and it's popular.
C. W.
Coffee fantastic. I wasn't hungry for food so didn't eat but the choices looked amazing!
T. N.
Had a bread loaf from here which was baked really well. The pastries/buns were really stodgy and heavy though, better bakeries around.
I. A.
Fabulous coffee shop! Such a nice vibe and amazing to see the cakes and bread being made right next to you! Delicious (and free when I uploaded to social media) cake and yummy dirty chai! Loved it!
H. C.
Bakesmiths is great. I love this place. Fantastic coffee, yummy breakfast baps and smiley (behind their masks) friendly staff. ❤️
A. V.
Great early-morning stop off on your way to work. Really nice coffee and freshly baked pastries. Had inexplicably slow service once but this seems to have been a rare blip, so I've gone from 4 to 5 stars. Staff are friendly and the service is great.
C.
Went for the Picnic Deal. Includes any sandwiche or toastie, any cake and any drink including the Christmas ones. The toastie was huge and really good quality. At only £8.50 it's great value.
T. S.
Nice sandwiches and lovely cakes, especially pecan slice and deep chocolate cake. Tables could be cleaned more often as very dirty, hence 4 🌟. Clients should put their rubbish in the bin after finishing.
J. S.
Incredible selection of food. I could stare at their display all day 😌
J. D. J.
5 stars for the cinnamon buns, the service and the quality of the sourdough bread they sell but 1 star for their £5.50 ham-and-cheese toasty which was so pitiful I would have had to eat 5 of them to have eaten a normal lunch. The slices of bread were paper thin and it was all somewhat jumbled together. A real let-down!
p. d.
Lively little coffee house, serving what looks like a lovely brunch. Fresh baked bread available cooked in an open bakery.
M. R.
I can’t get enough of the coffee at Bakesmiths. My wife has enjoyed the hot chocolate today and says it’s the best hot choc in Clifton - she is somewhat of a connoisseur.
Over the last few weeks we have sampled the Victoria sponge, raspberry bakewell, almond brownie and my fave... the espresso caramel brownie. Divine!
C. c.
Lovely coffee and brunch meal and I like it so much
S. L. J.
Great experience with helpful staff, delicious food and a v relaxed atmosphere! Will def be back!
A. D.
Good food, good staff and reasonable price. The place is pretty nice.
H. R.
The vibe is really good, but the hot drinks aren't great.
J. C.
Great vibe, totally delicious food and good value for money... Check out the high quality cakes and see them being made on the premises!!!
C. B.
A freaking epic breakfast - the sourdough here is incredible and behold the beast I consumed on my visit here! Coffee on point too - yaaas mate.
M. D.
The coffee is decent but they should really cover their pasties etc on the counter, I don't really want my food open to the elements, drying out in the air apart from the passing cough & sneeze. Staff are nice enough but the service can be kinda slow. Great for a weekend, not so much during the week.
N. L.
Nice place to sit and well presented, but a slight case of style over substance. Coffee (flat white) a bit on the flavourless side and while the brunch was good enough the bacon was incredibly fatty and only a small amount of bread offered - strange for a bakery...
c. s.
Fantastic baked goods, bread and amazing sandwiches with excellent ingredients. Coffee always good. Friendly staff.
B. H.
Good breakfast, freshly cooked with amazing bread. Lovely 😊
P. T.
I always used to like this place, but these days the worktops feel greasy and now none of the sockets work! If you’re a city boy with work to do - BEST AVOIDED!
A.
Yum. Nice coffee and amazing vegan bakes
M. H.
Superb breakfast, fantastic friendly service. Yes its busy on Saturday, but the team made great efforts to accommodate us and make sure we were well looked after. Keep up the good work everyone!
F. W.
Friendly staff, food is terrific especially the sausage rolls. Usually I'll pop in if I'm driving by and see an available parking space....be warned it's easy to spend a small fortune on a sourdough coffee and a couple of sausage rolls or pastries.....you've been told!!
C. H.
Quality coffee and cakes. Food is a bit pricey but certainly tasty. The space is light and airy, especially upstairs. Generally there's always space to grab a seat as well. It's my regular coffee place, and I heartily recommend it.
P. A.
Good bakery and good coffee! Bakesmiths gets a little crowded at the weekend because they do great brunch, but it's often empty during brunch times during the week. I had the Dirty Beans which came quickly and were delicious, if very salty. The croissants are tasty but not as fresh as I'd like. Could do with a bit more atmosphere - it's trying too hard to be a modern vintage brunch place with grey and rose gold decor. Staff are friendly and the bathrooms are hygienic.
L.
We went mid week, it was quite chilly inside downstairs, it's a big space and as there was almost on one else in there, it felt a little bit unwelcoming. Cake was really tasty though and their bread looks great, I bet they do a great bacon sandwich!! It looks busier on weekends so we will give it another try on another day!
S. M.
Delicious bacon, sweet onion and cheese toasted sandwich. Came with salad and a portion of crisps. Amazing thick cut bread. Lovely service and family friendly. Relaxed atmosphere and generally lovely. 100% will return!

Over Due Review~
Went down with a friend on one the hottest days easily. The staff, bless them, working their a** off were brilliant, despite minor mistakes as you will do when it's 30° and wearing a face mask.
Friendly, professional and kind 🤙
D. G.
Although busy the service was quick and the food was incredible. The avocado eggs with pesto and mushroom eggs on sour dough were perfect for brunch. Dirty chai on the coffee menu is always a winner to me.
A. W.
Lovely selection of baked goods (including a very large selection of brownies). Really nice coffee. A nice laid back atmosphere. The staff were very friendly as we got there at the end of a long day near closing time but they happily served us and did not hurry us to leave at all. I will be popping in again soon!
R. A.
Lovely sandwiches and salad options! Fantastic spot for a quick lunch
G. C.
Good size portion of salmon with my Smoked Salmon & Poached Egg. Other than that it was a little basic for £9.50. The industrial feel wasn't especially cozy. Menu was slightly over complicated with different times for Brunch, Lunch on weekdays vs weekends. Staff were lovely.
D. W.
Went about 11.30 so reasonably quiet between morning coffee and lunch time. Had delicious piece of chocolate caramel bubbles. Coffee was served at table and took over 5 minutes to arrive but was worth the wait! It was a good sized cup of mocha but then at £3.10 you'd expect it to be!
D. T.
The absolute gold standard of baked goods! May be a bit pricey but once you've tasted their sausage rolls you will never have a pink undercooked one from Greggs ever again!
F. S.
Their salads are the best: fresh, healthy and innovative combinations.. not the usual boring salad! Their frittata is also very yummy. I've tried also their panini and I wasn't disappointed.
The place is clean and it's nice that one can see the baker at work. Not the friendliest waitresses. Overall I would definitely recommend this place!
L. B.
The coffee and brownie was very nice and the staff were very friendly. However upstairs seemed to have air conditioning on and it was fairy cold. On a cold day like today it would have been nice if it were a bit warmer inside.
A. H.
Such a shame we waited 45 minutes for our food after seeing our friends eat theirs. Was great food if your willing to sit around a while.. the waitress offered no more than an annoyed apology for our wait. Not sure I'd come again unless I was happy to hang around.
I. P.
Delicious, spacious and fantastic service. Ordered a macchiato and a bacon bap, both came to my seat in almost no time, all the staff were super friendly and the whole restaurant is beautifully lit because of its big windows, especially the floor above.
L. W.
Gorgeous little cafe. Great veggie/gluten free/ dietary options. Lively staff and well priced. I'd definitely return, its the perfect place to catch up with a group of friends or for a casual lunch date.
T. M.
Good Coffee and the cakes are superb. There are some brilliantly original offerings for brunch which you'll seldom see elsewhere. The 'dirty beans' and 'hash up' are a personal favourite and are very filling!
M. M.
Beautiful spacious cafe right at the centre of Whiteladies, close to Clifton Down shopping centre.
K. c.
Had a really lovely iced decaf americano and a slice of carrot cake. Was absolutely lovely. There’s lots of seating downstairs and more upstairs if down is full. Great service and smells of fresh bread!
S. S.
Deco it ain't
But Deco is no more so alternatives have to be found. The coffee was good and the carrot cake tasty. Having an upstairs was helpful as they were busy at 10am. It was all a little grey though - small grey tables, big grey tables, lots of glass.
S. B.
Definitely my favourite place in Bristol for brunch! Loaded sourdough with various toppings, cakes, pastries and loaves of sourdough to take away! Love it! Had a great chat with Steve the baker about his baking methods and how there's no preservatives - he's got me hooked!
D. R.
My first visit here. Great coffee! I had a Kenyan filter. Wish I wasn't about to go for lunch because the menu looks fantastic! The baba ganoush & avocado dish sounds perfect for me. I'm having it next time I'm here!
C. A.
The service is impeccable, always greeted by a smile and happy to accommodate. The coffee is delightful and the bread is absolutely worth paying that little bit extra for, in a league of its own!
K. P.
Bakesmiths in Bristol has a fantastic atmosphere which is created by the staff, modern and well kept deco and superb coffee and food. We only had to wait a short time to be served and managed to find a table easily as empty tables were tidied and cleaned promptly. My dirty chai latte was probably one of the best chai lattes I've had. For brunch I had the smashed avocado with poached eggs and homemade pesto. It came on a sizable slice of sourdough bread and I opted for additional bacon. The eggs were firm but still had a runny yolk and the bacon was super crispy (much to my delight). Overall the meal was great and didn't cost the earth. I only wish I'd had enough room for one of the cakes!
O. T.
Love the food and cakes here- had soup on my lunch break and sat to crochet. Had the guest tea and it was amazing. Also make sure to swing by in the morning for the cinnamon palmier-style pastry. Soooooo good!!
E. S.
Our go to place for coffee and cake. Very nice relaxed atmosphere and excellent sweet food and drinks.
I’ve had a few savoury things here and they weren’t so well considered - a quiche I had there was very odd with a whole parsnip inside, so I’d stick to cake.
H. T.
This is a very nice place with lovely staff. All very well presented & trendy without the off-putting air of hipsters!
What sets Bakesmiths apart is that it is BIG. So many of these type of restaurants are tiny! The seating area is still quite squashed but it just feels better with more space & air around you.
The bread is excellent but the fillings vary in quality & quantity. The crunchy kale was deliciouso whereas the roasted veggies were a couple of teaspoons of tasteless, soggy mush!
I've been disappointed that in both occasions there has been no salad left between 1 - 2.30 so I would suggest they make more as every other option is carbohydrate based, with no protein alternative (like most of Bristol!)
The coffee is yum, yum, yum in a nice big cup! Would visit again but please improve your sandwich offerings with a little salad & dressing on the side & generous fillings!
A. R.
Great sandwiches! Quality bread and interesting fillings. We had jerk chicken toastie and cheese and ham hock roll. Both yummy but the cheese and ham was better.
Flat white was ok, but had better in another coffee place a few mins away.
Would def come back if I was in Clifton again.
M. I.
While visiting Bristol Zoo, we went for a walk and ended up near Bakesmiths, so I popped in for a flat white and sweet treat. The dark brownie was fantastic! Brilliant use of sweet and salty. The flat white was ideal too (not too hot, I wish every place knew this). Thanks.
C. W.
Food is very tasty especially the sourdough bread, coffee is good too. Seating doesn't make the best use of space though, so it can be difficult to get a seat especially if you have a push chair.
E. I.
I've been to Bakesmiths many times for coffee (takeaway and sit-in) and 3 times for food. Nice as the food is, I think I'm going to pass in future, the wait time is just too long.
Because the kitchen capacity is small (apparently just 4 gas rings for a very large cafe), Bakesmiths only operate one till. So it typically takes a long wait time to order. Apparently when they trialled 2 tills, the kitchen couldn't cope with the number of covers coming in.
Then there's the time it takes for the food to arrive. The first time I came midweek with work colleagues. We waited for most of our lunch break and then had to scoff the food down when it finally arrived. We were offered a cake to compensate. My second visit was for Sunday brunch with a friend. Having waited almost an hour for our food (the cafe was very busy), we spoke to the owner/manager. He apologised and refunded our bill, which was a nice gesture. The last time was again for a work lunch. As other local cafes were full we came to Bakesmiths. Again we waited for almost an hour for our sandwiches, which we then had to take back to the office. And again cake was given as an apology.
In my opinion, this is a lovely space with nice food, but the kitchen really needs re-organising in order to sort the atmosphere of mild chaos! Maybe with a thriving, wealthy local student and working population, the owners feel there is no imperative to change the model, but I won't be rushing back.
R. R.
Great coffee and quality, tasty food.
C. O.
Feeling very festive wreath making weekend with very special ladies merry Christmas
J. B.
Bakesmiths is the perfect mix of great food, attentive staff and awesome coffee! I've had breakfasts, snacks and cakes from them and I would highly recommend their sourdough bread, it's to die for. You won't be dissapointed.
P. W.
Lovely, great for delicious cuppa and for tasty working lunch, free secure Wi-Fi, bread baked on the premises, nice atmosphere, delicious lunch and cakes, well priced, vegan food available, good friendly service, and you can hire meeting rooms. I'll be using again!
P. T.
Freshly baked goods and great coffee. A lovely well-lit environment and a great place to meet friends, study or enjoy a day-time date!
A. H.
This was my first time visiting Bakesmith's and I was really impressed.
My husband had a full English which was very tasty. He particularly liked the Sausage pattie which was an original take on Sausages plus the haricot beans, in a tomato sauce, much healthier than baked beans. My poached eggs and advocado was served with delicious fresh pesto and slices of pickled onion garish. Both meals were served with the bakerie's sourdough. In all a cut above the usual cafe breakfast.
D. W.
Really nice cafe. Managed social distancing really well. Great coffee and the quesadilla was incredible.
B. S.
The food and bread is great. These guys clearly know how to make bread, And great food.
On the particular day I went the atmosphere between staff was not ideal.
Hopefully there's Room for improvement. 🤞
B. L.
Great coffee and cake selection with a bakery on site so you get all the nice feelings that come from smelling the freshly baked bread. All this and well located just down from the local train station.
R. D. C. H.
The Super Brioche Bun is super tasty and fantastic value for money. Bloody Mary’s are fresh and flavourful made with fresh coriander and basil.
Definitely coming back!
O. J.
Coffee and cakes are great, the food used to.be amazing, but they stop with the main menu at 12 now I think, which is a shame! Still a lovely place and super nice staff!
K. H.
Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Great food. Unfortunately they always seem understaffed. I've now taken two groups of friends from outside Bristol to this café and both have found the service slow and lacking
E. W.
It was nice but it's 50p for oat milk which always annoys me :( and the music didn't fit/ wasn't what you'd want to hear i.e. maroon 5, Ed Sheeran etx. Flat white was okay and cake was okay
v. r.
Lovely restaurant for brunch after arriving in Bristol. Loved the vegan BLT!
M. H.
We nipped in to get a couple of sausage rolls to take away. Quite possibly the best sausage rolls we have ever had!!
J. C.
Very busy cafe for Saturday morning but all with great atmosphere! The food is superb with a large variety on the menu and good coffees.
P. W.
They do great vegan cakes. Really nice place but I don't like the choice of lunches as I am dairy free.
R. W.
Good coffee and cakes. Very good team. Enjoyable afternoon with a friends.
M. A.
I ordered a bap (which to me means a bread roll) but a sandwich was served where the bottom layer was soggy. The coffee was also a bit harsh.
B. B.
Bakesmiths is our local go-to-Saturday morning cafe. The cakes and coffee are delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly. I cannot recommend highly enough.
C. A.
Very good food and service. Some times gets very busy and you have to wait for the food for up to 30 min but they do inform you when you are ordering so just enjoy the coffe while waiting.
P. S.
Whenever I visit Bristol, I never leave without eating their 'Sourdough' bread.
The best 'Sourdough' bread I have ever tasted is produced by Bristol Bakesmiths !
j. r.
I could eat that mushroom roll every day of the week. It kind of reminds me of stuffing in a turkey at Christmas time.
The flapjacks are also a personal favourite.
B. W.
It's definitely nice here. Food seems a bit expensive and I didn't see what upstairs looked like but nice staff and it's good to support independent places.
D. T.
Excellent fresh made breakfasts and baked goods. Eat in or take away. Great coffee. Modern spacious interior. Friendly staff.
R. C.
Best breakfast roll ever ,all baked on site. Try and of the breads and brioche just amazing and the raisin and cinnamon bakes you will never have enough!
M. D.
Utterly gorgeous coffee shops and bakery. Cake to die for as a huuuge range. Don’t forget to grab some bread! They do breakfast and lunch too and the team onsite are mega friendly
F. W.
Delightful place to visit, and for a multitude of reasons;
The coffee is top notch, the bread is baked in-house, they cater to vegan and ethical requirements.
M. B.
An ok experience, coffee good but ambience severly lacking downstairs and cakes were dissapointing. One of the cakes was so cold I'm sure it had been frozen!
S. M.
My most favorite place for cakes and a coffee, amazing selection and great coffee.
C. C.
Plenty of vegan options on the cake counter! And a good cup of coffee too.
L. G.
Croissant 🥐 Was really good base croissant - crispy outside, soft and fluffy inside. Needed jam, or almond or chestnut purée for full satisfaction, but that is my prerogative. A wriggle perchase
A. H.
Best coffee and cakes and a delightful team working there.
C. K. Y.
Bakesmiths is so nice.. sausage rolls are delicious and just a pleasant atmosphere! Would highly recommend for brunch!
E. L.
Bit of a wait, but to be expected during Sunday brunch hours. Otherwise staff were friendly. Food was well presented, but flavour was a bit lacking
R. B.
Very nice breakfast! Not exactly piping hot though, service was a little slow for an average Saturday.
M. A.
Friendly staff. Nice pastry and coffee. Really big space. Didn't eat anything but the food looked really good.
E. M.
Nice food, very filling shashuka. Great cake and service. Plan for a wait on a Sun morning
P. S.
Whenever I visit Bristol, I never leave without eating their 'Sourdough' bread.

Coffee and cakes are great, the food used to.be amazing, but they stop with the main menu at 12 now I think, which is a shame! Still a lovely place and super nice staff!

Just finished the ham hock weekend special. Absolutely the best brunch I've had in a long time! Bakesmiths is the best!!!
M. A.
Friendly staff. Nice pastry and coffee. Really big space. Didn't eat anything but the food looked really good.
Y. C.
Loved their baked breads and had a taste of their brioche bun and quesadillas :) Such a nice building as well!
D. P.
Great place for amazing bread and coffee and well as an assortment of treats. Love having weekend lunch here with friends.
F. P.
Like this as a coffee shop with lovely cakes, as well as a great little business meeting venue! Definitely be visiting and using again!
G. D.
Delicious! No more required....just go.
J. W.
Delicious, especially cake sand bread but quite pricey (over £5 for coffee and a piece of toast).
W. B.
Good coffee, really tasty interesting salads for lunch. The sausage rolls are delicious.
M. B.
Best bread in Bristol. Breakfast and brunch options are good too, but only because of the bread, otherwise simply middling.
J. C.
Coffee hot and tasty and the staff were friendly. The cake looked amazing!
F. P.
Like this as a coffee shop with lovely cakes, as well as a great little business meeting venue! Definitely be visiting and using again!
A. d. B.
Excellent food and fantastic coffee. There is often a queue, but it's worth the wait!
P. M.
Really enjoyed my coffee and snack. Fast and friendly service.
B. S.
THE BEST CINNAMON BUNS ON THE BLOCK (the staff seemed a little overwhelmed tho, hope you're doing okay)
E.
Great coffe and breakfast baps. Helpful friendly staff.
s. b.
Love this place, I had the sour cherry & pistachio slice, lovely with a pot of tea while we watched them baking more bread.
M. K.
Really awesome sourdough bread and a nice variety of sandwiches and brunch (poached eggs). Worth to check out :)
L. G.
Awesome cafe. Gorgeous food.
S. H.
Very yummy bread and coffee. Just moved to Bristol and this place makes me feel at home already :)
M. B.
Just finished the ham hock weekend special. Absolutely the best brunch I've had in a long time! Bakesmiths is the best!!!
B. D. J.
Such good coffee and food!! Loved a sneaky lunch here.
