Nice place, lovely friendly staff, food is good, drinks are diverse and great seating areas. Only downside is the lighting, it's a bit too bright for folk with sensory issues apart from that small issue, I definitely recommend :)

Situated further down north st, it's in a hub of shops and other coffee venue's... The coffe was lovely as was the raspberry tart, and an added bonus . You can bring your dog here.. well done coffee 1

Very good coffee although when asking for the strongest variety it seems very weak compared to the standard one. Very good location but it could benefit with another bench to sit outside. The staff is always helpful and the food has quality although a bit pricey

Although coffee #1 was only open for takeaway my experience was great. A lovely cosy feel about the place. Knowledgeable staff is always welcome, and my house expresso was easily the best coffee I've had this year! I will definitely be back for a sit down relax and a coffee.

Really great options for vegans in terms of milk alternatives and a milk free chai latte ( my fave along with a oat milk mocha frappe ). Staff are very friendly and will remember you even if you only come in once a week (which is impressive on their part). No cons really, apart from wishing they had more options in vegan food and cakes.

Open again after lockdown. Friendly service and clear signs. Tables socially distanced, but only one member of staff and noone wiping down chairs or tables when people left, despite the spray and kitchen towel left to one side. Coffee not the best, but some effort has gone into giving you a normal coffee house experience, despite obligatory paper cups.

Nice coffee in a pleasant environment, even if it is a bit copy-and-paste-y from any other modern coffee chain. The staff are friendly and it's never too crowded. Although it doesn't have any outdoor seating, on a nice day the front windows fold completely away, making for a nice place to sit and watch the world go by. I don't really agree with other reviewers' complaints about the lack of wifi. I find it refreshing to see a coffee shop with people actually talking to each other, rather than silently tapping away at their Macbooks.

Warmest welcome I've had from a coffee shop in a long time! Lovely lunch although not a fan of their fresh juices but this is down to personal taste. Nice for children as well as working lunches.

Very relaxing place, and the best coffee in Bristol I reckon. Low lighting, lots of cakes, cookies, flapjacks, juices, smoothies etc. Sandwhiches are limited but its more of a coffee and cake type place. Try the flat white with a Portuguese tart.
