First time coming to this place. Place & music are nice. The baristas are super awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there was something wrong with my card and yet they are super helpful. They gave my dark chocolate drink on the house. Definitely will come back. Felt so warmed and welcomed as I just recently moved to Bristol ♥️♥️♥️🇬🇧 I'll come again on my day off ♥️♥️♥️

We tried Flat White and Latte! The coffee were so nice and rich in aroma as well, a bit nutty in taste. We also loved the design of the coffee cup as well! Btw, you can also get some coffee equipment here too!! Love the vibes and also friendly staff:)

Pleasant staff and cool, light-filled interior make for a better experience than most high street coffee shops, and the coffee itself is respectable, however the banana "cake" (more of a muffin, really) was inedible. (In fairness, the almond croissant was a delight.) Make your choices carefully.

Great coffee and tea options in the perfect little setting. Damn good selection of patties and cakes so you won’t be leaving hungry or thirsty. If you’re a home brewer too you’ll be able to stock up on your favourite Hario filter papers as well as some aeropress papers! Plenty of seats upstairs and down. The seating downstairs also has windows so you won’t feel Claustrophobic down there! All seating areas and toilets were very clean and well kept. Look forward to coming back!

Such a lovely coffee shop with choices of coffee extraction from V60 or aeropress and had good organisations for covid19 measures as well. The egg tart was really delicious too and I loved that we could choose the coffee beans from three different ones as well. Staff were really lovely and made us feel very welcome. I had a lovely chat with one of the members about coffee in depth and it made me really happy despite of social distancing measures. I understand that with current situation it is difficult but if we are sitting in offering the coffee in a mug will make the experience better than paper cup. Would love to come back again and get coffee supplies for next time :) Highly recommend :)!!

I found their flat whites (I tried two) just OK, certainly not bitter or unpleasant, but also not very striking. In the price range they situate themselves, I have had better in town. And I personally don't like sipping coffee in a paper cup. Staff were polite and friendly.

Been coming here for a few months really love the coffee. For the first time I received an overly bitter coffee. I went back to ask for a new one and they asked no questions and didn't make me feel awkward at all. The new one was the usual standard of amazing coffee and really pleased they were so accommodating.

My favourite coffee place in Bristol - hot choc/mocha made with real chocolate which is super yummy! If you really want to treat yourself try the new Irish cream flavoured hot chocolate - it's incredible. The staff are lovely - couldn't recommend more.

Such a lovely coffee shop with a wide variety of beans and staff that know their stuff, explaining each well and giving a great suggestion. I am very fussy with my coffee and know what I do and don’t like; I must say, I think this by far is the best coffee I’ve had. Not quite sure how to explain it, but it was absolutely stunning. My only negative is that there isn’t one local to me!

Didn't have a pleasant first-time experience, unfortunately. Ordered an Ethiopian V60 and the barista left the coffee to bloom for approx. 3 minutes while making an espresso for another customer. The result was an overly harsh, bitter Ethiopian filter. Not great for £3.80 on a quiet Monday morning. Hopefully if I return I will have a better experience.

One of the only places in Bristol that I know that offer pourover coffee. The Nicaraguan blend was particularly good if you like a dark and chocolatey roast. Coffee price is a little steep for areopress and v60 but it is speciality coffee so I understand why - more of a treat!
