4 stars for the tea and cake. Plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff. Avoid if you don't like lots of dogs! Saturday morning, got served just before the rush, loads of runners just finished their race, so carb loading!!

Delicious food and environment! Not every staff member wearing a mask though. Great service, nice grounds.

Stopped off for a bite to eat with a friend. Ordered a bacon sandwich. What I got was 2 pieces of dry toast with bacon in it. It was really dry! My friend went to ask for some butter and was given a single tiny pat of butter barely enough to cover one piece of toast 😒. Wouldn't recommend eating sandwiches here.
