Looking for a feast on the cheap George's on East street is a great eatery selling british food. Popular with the locals staff are super friendly. Portions are huge so make sure you're hungry or get a plate and share.

I have been visiting the place for years on & off. First went there as a child when able to eat out by myself. Hardly changed in years apart from the new Continental façade. It can be awkward if you need mobility aids other than sticks or have a pram or pushchair as only really room for 2 at once. Let's say they serve the biggest cups of Diet Coca-Cola I have come across. I have had on occasion their Steaks which are excellent. Mostly I love their Special Hamburgers & American Omelettes. The food has been consistently excellent over the years & still a family business. I can recommend the proper coffee they serve too & it is nicely decorated with vintage photos of the local area on the wall. A good pointer to the standard of the place is that it is always spotless. This is still the best local Restaurant for miles.

Lovely staff, very nice food, big portion, not expensive. Only downfall is some tables are fixed to chairs and if you are plus sized you may find some tables a little bit of a squeeze.

What are you looking for,, I paid 7 quid for 2 deep fryd sausage 2eggs 2 nice bits of bacon, a Whaplode of beans an bare nice ghetto toast,,, they had a bangin coffee too so yeah it had spoons and they were greasey,,, (the spoons were clean but I'm making a broader statement about the quality,,, and if you can't work that out without my spelling it out,,, you could fit right in here!!) 57/22 rasta badges,,, ghetto grade!!
