Reviews of New Cut Coffee

Lovely little cafe. Few seats outside, fair bit seating inside. Fair selection of cakes. Friendly service, pleasant staff. Access OK for pushchairs. Had a tea and a slice of coconut cake. Tea came in a cup come mug with no handle. Not overly expensive considering service. Looks better from the inside, adjacent to the dockside.

Simple decoration with a variety of drinks and food. The current offering is their own House blend with 3 origins to have a perfectly balanced one. We tried Ice Latte and Flat White that day. The blend was in chocolate taste (OMG!) and the ice latte’s aftertaste was very great! We also ordered a white chocolate brownie. It was not too sweet and perfect match with the coffee!

Unexpected joy. Good value and big cups o coffee. Really nice staff and a nice pit stop. Not to be scientific but I'll be scientific: 5 stars for coffee, cleanliness, service, smiles and value.

New Cut is a great new addition to the Bristol coffee scene. We were told by friends to try the banana bread with espresso butter which was an excellent call - utterly delicious! Coffee was very tasty, as expected from an experienced team who have been staples of the Bristol coffee scene. I'll be back!

I was very excited to try this new coffee shop so went today! The coffee had one for filter and one from batch. The filter coffee was really lovely! But the batch was ok. Their speciality pie was very nice as well. The atmosphere felt very new and fresh and quite excited to see how it will look with seatings soon. The staff was lovely but wasn’t able to chat much and quickly shifted the attention to a customer they knew. It will be nice to show case more of the coffee beans some how and to make the display for the food a bit bigger since it was not on the main menu. I was not sure if the coffee cups are compostable but having this information will be great as well.

Great coffee spot - lovely view, good music and helpful staff. Black filter is a must.

Great coffee and I recommend the banana bread with espresso butter. The toast with nut butter is brilliant too. It is hard to decide which to choose!

The staff were extremely friendly and my coffee was well crafted.
Happy to bring friends here.

So excited about this new opening. Great location for coffee and a stroll. The house espresso is a delicious & balances blend with everything you'd want from a flat white. These guys are true connoseirs, so you're in safe hands if you'd like to learn/try something new. ALSO oh my days the vegan pie!!!

Well, this is new, I go into most coffee shops not expecting much and often opt for a cold drink if my request for a Cortado is met with a blank stare.
Saw jimseven's book on display at the front and brewing equipment for sale, so opted to have a coffee. Very competent barista on bar delivering good quality attractive drinks.
Pleasantly surprised!
