Anthony is Bristol is so welcoming. Always with a smile. He is very kind and well spoken. Immediate service too. I have only a 5 minute connection time and he never delays me. The pastries are fresh and the coffee is made with care. There are about 4 coffee places in the station but I always go to platform 10 to see Anthony.

Nobody else read this I'm going to view it in a cafe near train station that's be good however I will be going up there at some point to see where it or not to see the cafe there or not could not got no pictures so I'm going up to have something from the cafe

The girl who served me was a European girl with glasses. she has been very kind and helped me taking my drinks to the table because I have injured my arm. I ordered a latte and the girl recommended me a chocolate croissant that was delicious. The girl has been very kind and helpful, which I really appreciate as I don't speak English very fluently. I will definitely come back and enjoy the lovely sitting area, the furniture is a bit old but at least you don't have to wait for the train outside on the platform.

Americano and a pastry. Friendly server and informative when asked about the temperature jelly in a refridgerated display unit. It was quiet. I was the only customer until an off duty staff member arrived. Two bucket style sofas were crudely wrapped in vinyl - that looked pretty poor to be honest but serviceable I guess.

I just ordered a hazelnut late. The staff immediately acknowledged me. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great care was taken in the making too. Lovely experience overall.
