Great location as it’s right in the centre of a busy shopping street. We really enjoyed our warm drink in their huge glass mugs, and their pastry (chocolate twist). Would be nicer if tables were cleaned more frequently as when you enter the cafe the first thing you notice (while looking for a place to sit) is a few tables with mugs and plates from previous customers that had already left the premises.

The location and buzz is perfect. I'm huge fan of dark coffee and dark chocolate, therefore the drink I ordered couldn't meet my expectations. But still nice to be here and have whatever we want.

SB near Primark - Cabot Circus area. Friendly staff (Raj). Warm ambiance. Coffee served not so hot and not full up to the brim. Space too small for the long queue. 2nd floor is okay. Washrooms need regular cleaning and check up. Foul odor inside I felt the need to wash hands thoroughly. Receipt wont be given after payment. After some time, I had to ask for my receipt for the washroom lock, but staff could not give because 'the transaction was a while ago'. However, they peeled off a portion of an existing receipt owned by nobody and gave it to me. Quite friendly but for me not proper. Staffs are attentive to customization of orders.

The only starbucks in the city centre so expect it to be busy. It has a warm welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff who are happy to serve with excellent quality service and drinks. My only place to which I prefer to relax with a good cup of coffee with good company.

Like all Starbucks, it's a super popular location. Unfortunately that can often result in sub par coffees as they try to make them as quick as possible. I always try to go to independents but hey ho it wasn't the worst coffee I've ever had!

Starbucks has the best frappes and my favourite drink of theirs would be caramel frappe and macha chai latte with oat milk :) if you are looking for any healty drinks ♡

I used to work there, it was "my store", although changed a lot, but tasty coffee, good food, just the chocolate chunk shortbread tasted little bit as out of date. Even the lunch rush of working day staff handled fine. The only negative for us was that every item we ordered was handled separately to us and they didn't offer a tray to carry them, we decided to sit next to windows, close to the bar...otherwise, I will be back for my annual fav Toffee nut latte 😀

Sometimes I use Starbucks in Broadmead Bristol. Today when going in with my partner, the staff didn't seem the brightest. I ordered myself a drink, but the member of staff looked confused when I asked for a black coffee with cold milk on the side. This is obviously not a flat White like the member of staff was explaining. When waiting for the drink, it came with the milk in so had to be re done. Obviously there was no communication between the member taking the order to the person making it.

Finally got to sit in again and do some proper work upstairs. Tables by the wall have sockets for you to charge devices. Left a star out because the toilets were kinda dirty.

Great place to grab something on the go or if you want to sit in, they have 2 floors of seating so plenty of room. No original candy floss secret menu but the staff managed to work something out to get something pretty similar and it tasted amazing... But you'll have to find out for yourself what it is 😉

This Starbucks feels like the ones you can find in train stations or airports. It's very busy, queues are usually quite big and even though there are seats it doesn't feel like you want to seat down. You have a big room upstairs with loads of seats but it's not very nice. Possibility to seat outside with a few tables.

It was fine. I like Starbucks, staff were great. I was served by Dani she was lovely and helpful. Sat upstairs with alllllll the students that hadn't bought a drink in hours and were stealing all the good seats and plug sockets. Bloody kids

lovely place. always clean, has lots of space to sit and work, and you can buy one drink and then just stay the whole day. all staff are very lovely, and as I've been returning day after day, they now recognize me which is appreciate. lovely decor, people and atmosphere, will very much be coming back here even after exams are done.

Amazing customer service by Sam the supervisor (i can see why) what a lovely chap that took the time (while very much multitasking making coffee for other customers, i felt bad) and very relaxed and patiently explained the different bean packages and their varied flavours!! As i needed something specifically for cafetiere and is my first time delving into that fresh coffee world. I've had a long long discussion with him, explaining to him what i like and want, and he explained each one of the coffees that suited my requirements! He even let me smell and see some of the options that were available. I really felt so much more educated after our talk. Sam went above and beyond at a time (late in the evening) where it was so easy to just give me short answers. Fab! Coming back again!!

The best place to drink your coffee in all Bristol. Every time that I travel to England I go there and I drink my favorite coffee The place also is very good and pretty inside and you can sit there as long as you want. The staff is very friendly and they give you anything you want. I put 10 stars in this lovely coffeehouse and I recomend it to everyone.

Great Large Soya Latte with fairly efficient queue to the till but took 15 minutes for the drink and I'm sure I got my drink before others in the queue! Not sure they react very well to shoppers coming in and processing the drinks quicker. Nice coffee though and plenty of seats upstairs.

drinks are average but worth the money. During daytime service is speedy and customer service is excellent but in the evening the staff were too busy gossiping with there backs turned to us and took a while to even acknowledge we were there.
