Definitely worth the extra little drive to get here from our hotel but based on the reviews, it was worth the effort... Great tasting food, well presented and served with a super smile.... We witnessed the locals were treated like family... The sunshine is DEFINITELY here.. 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎

Great experience, was my first time in Bristol and I had an amazing breakfast at 4pm, the waitress' were incredibly friendly, watching Nanny Mcphee and eating a full english is the best hospitality I've had at a cafe. 10/10 would reccomend.

Loves this place. Been going for a few years now, and every time were in bemi, we make a beeline. Super friendly team of people, and the food is fantastic value, and doesn't taste like cheap rubbish. The food (all food) is freshly cooked for you, so although there is a little wait, it's not ping-ping food! Meals are roughly £5 - £7 for main dishes. Breakfast is between £4.50 and up to £6.50 depending on choices. They all include a tea or coffee, plus toast/bread/fried bread. So basic... Fried egg, beans, sausage, bacon, toast (or choice), and a drink for £4.50 and it's freshly cooked for you. Now that's value. A really nice mug of tea too. They leave the bag in, and will add more milk if you like it weaker.... We love a strong brew, and it was! Highly recommended and will definitely be going back for more (this was our second visit (original review)).... Now been going years. Nice friendly staff, and a really clean cafe. Can get busy at lunchtime (12:00 - 14:00).

Nice atmosphere, great food, friendly staff and awesome prices. A no frills, but welcome city cafe with a simple quality to it. A great meeting place for older customers and with a stack em high - sell an cheap philosophy that keeps repeat trade high. It won't take the staff long to greet you by your name and put your regular order on the grill the moment you walk through the door.

Love this place. Food is such good value, and all cooked fresh for you. The girls, are so happy to see you and make you feel welcomed. Definitely worth a visit... Decent sized breakfast, mug of tea, fried bread (sooo nice) or bread or toast, all for under £5 (GBP May 2019) ... Yes there are some larger versions for more, but unless you're a big eater, leave them alone 😉 Well recommended.

A beautifully charming small cafe offering a variety of hot and cold meals as well as fantastic coffee in a convenient location. The staff are friendly, considerate and efficient. During peak times, i.e lunchtime and breakfast time, the cafe can get quite crowded, but there is usually plenty of seating inside and out. Meals and drinks are very reasonably priced and well presented.
